Yelena Zaltana is missing; the only trace of her is a spilled vile of poison, from the lands beyond Sitia and Ixia. The ancient Soulfinder is rousing, but he needs to take the form of another. A horribly battered, mentally, Dax Greenblade is sent to Loena, where things are nothing like Sitia. (first Dax-centric story ever, shyes!!!) [also on hold. Probably not to be revived.]

Doctor Who:

Across Universes: Basically, the starless world in The Big Bang was Rose's. And... yeah. Tentative idea, may or may not be written, title pending.

Tuis Montis: [title roughly translates to Over Your Hill] A Journey's End fixfic, sort of, where Ten, instead of wiping Donna's mind, suffers a fate akin to 9. Therefore, it'll be a lot of Series 5 and 6, skipping around quite a bit, with Donna pretty much pasted in. And probably a character death. [in planning stages, planned to be at most 10 chapters]

Explanations/Rants:

Everything Changes: This one's a theory!fic. A true, 100% pure theory fic. No, seriously. It's all like that. Especially after reading Outside In.

Why, though? Why do I have so many theories? Well, part of it is that I've always liked Cog. The minute he was first mentioned, I fell in love with him. And as the book went on... he become my favorite. Completely and honestly. And then, when he died... I had known it. Those type of characters never survive. But what made me angry, though, was how he died.

It was entirely cruel. Have him sacrifice himself for Trella to find Gateway, get close to being killed, cause a revolt, get to Gateway... and then die while trying to open it. Even I, who delights is torturing and killing characters, wouldn't do that. And this proved a conclusion I recently came to: Cog isn't a character. He's a plot device with a name slapped on. Outside In proved this. The very fact that he was barely mentioned, and no longer was Trella remotely upset, both added to this idea.

So, what did I want to do? Give him some backstory. A family. Things he cares about. Things he hates. Now, those who've read Outisde In, we learn one of these. (I was like- "Figures. We find out who his dad is and he turns out to be one of the evil guys.") But my personal canon, which has been around since I finished Inside Out, was quite a complex one.

First, I took the names of the people that were killed in the other revolt. Shawn Lamont stood out to me. I started to think, "what if one was alive?" And then I started expanding on that. Now, I'm assuming Shawn Lamont was intended to be male, but I interpreted it as being female. And then I started thinking about why Cog did all of that stuff... and then I put them together. My favorite theory.

And then, because I refused to admit the fact that he died... I have something for that, too. XD

So, here's how this going to go., Chapter 1's going to be his life Inside, up until the point where he "dies". Chapter 2 is going to be Outside, and then Inside at the end- this one's total theory, as it was thought up before Outside In. Although, I'm keeping Ponife in there. Because he was an awesome villain. And the command collars. I loved them. After that... things get weird. Chapter 3 may be a canon chapter, Inside, following what was set up in Outside In. For fun, of course. And the 4's going to be a parody chapter. Meaning, a family reunion. For the lulz. XD

Candles and Flmae: What can I say? I love OC Stand- Ins. OC Stand-Ins are, to quote Tv Tropes: "A subtrope of Original Character. An OC Stand In is a canon Flat Character that gets little screentime or few (if any) lines, and therefore can be molded into whoever the fans want. Often, they may not even have canonical names. Thus an OC Stand In is like an OC, but the fact that these characters usually have at least somepersonality already means the author has some general direction to go in."

In Gone, we have plenty of them. One is Thuan Vong. He has one line, and a passing reference later on that may refer to him. (Fanon is that it does, though it's never outright stated.) He's the first one to speak up and say he's with them after all of the Coates kids are freed. And then it's said, later on, that "there's a guy there who can do the same thing [Sam] can. Except less." and he's 9. So, me being a lover of this stuff, wrote it.
