I also write original fiction that is posted on http://www.fictionpress.com/~moonlitestar. My main stories are espionage related. Covert Operation Progeny is about a merciless teen spy training program - will those recruited survive or die trying? Wind Blown Ashes is the sequel, following one of the agents as she pursues a career in espionage. I personally have a lot of edits to make for Covert Operation Progeny, since I wrote it so long ago, but I believe Wind Blown Ashes much better in terms of plot and writing. Wind Blown Ashes can be read without reading the prequel.

Ships:

I generally read Dark Angel fanfiction, and I only write Dark Angel fanfiction. I've attempted a crossover with Alias, but that didn't progress very far as I eventually lost my interest in Alias when the plot pretty much became crap. My favorite show is still Dark Angel, even after its cancellation in 2002. It's been many years, but that show was an excellent show, and I'll never forget it. I didn't even realize how realistic the show was until I rewatched it at an older age. Not sure what caught my attention about it when I was younger, but I always had a strange interest in science and dysotopias. Dark Angel seemed to fit that somehow. So as I list my ships, they'll only be from Dark Angel.

Dark Angel: I generally read M/L, M/A, and M/W fics.

ML: I like ML because I think they're the only pairing that would ever be allowed if the show continued. They make an interesting superhero kind of couple, and it's always romantic. I guess that means I like romantic stuff. -shrugs- I really wish Manticore hadn't developed that stupid virus and all because it would have been nice for them to finally get together, but the writers had to complicate things. As much as I like reading it, it's harder for me to write ML. I've tried it once, and I'm not sure how well I've succeeded. Read it and let me know? I may try again in the future, but that depends if I ever can think of anything to write.

MA: I also like MA and probably prefer MA because they're the "fun" and "adventurous" couple. But they're also easier for me to write about because for reasons unknown to me, I can imagine their adventures without thinking too hard. They always seem to find a way to have fun. Not to mention they're both transgenics and thus have seen all the horrors of Manticore and survived. Makes it easier to relate to each other if one of them suddenly decides to take a dark trip down memory lane. I also like Manticore...so if the fic has them in Manticore, then I'm quite interested in reading it or writing it. =P

MW: A strange couple, and definitely not ever to happen in the series, but the idea of good vs. evil joining together - that intrigues me. Both characters represent the extreme of either good or bad, and both of them will without a doubt try to kill the other. But it's said that there's a thin line between love and hate. When that thin line is crossed, the possibilities are endless, and that's why I like MW.

Anyway, I'm willing to hear challenges for any of the above pairings. Just send me a PM. Can't promise anything, but if I like the idea, I'll definitely make an attempt.

There's few ML stories out there now, and I really do enjoy reading the ones that I have come across, so I hope people continue to post ML stories. There's also few MW stories out there, but then again, it's not a conventional ship. But interesting ones are definitely out there.

Well, that's my thoughts on the DA ships. I guess that also means I'm not interested in any relationships aside from the ones Max may be involved in. I can't ever imagine Max with any of her siblings, and I'm not really that interested in any of her siblings since the series didn't really feature them enough for me to get a good grip on their personality. Asha...well, because I like ML, I despise the Logan/Asha pairing, but they could be together if Max ever left Logan. Hmm...that's about all the ships there are, I believe...

Reins of Leadership has been completed. Now working on its sequel...time permitting.

Disasters in Science and Then and Now are done. Now I'm just focused on The Reins of Leadership, my first Manticore fic. Please check it out! I've always been interested in Manticore, not sure why. I've just never had any ideas to write one.
