Hi and Welcome! Thank you for giving my stories a shake. I write primarily G1, Movieverse, and TF-Prime AUs, sometimes with an infusion of canon from other sources (Marvel UK, IDW, etc.)

FF.net has a right to enforce their TOS. I disagree with the TOS, and believe a true MA rating on this site would do more to protect minors than the current policy. However, enforcing their TOS is their right. For the record, I warn at the beginning of all of my stories, with one exception, in which I placed the warning at the end with a note at the beginning because of the nature of the challenge it was written for. If for some reason my creations are taken off of ff.net, you will always be able to find them on the on the links listed above. If you find something in a story that has not been adequately warned for, please let me know in a private message.

A note on relationships, pairings, and warnings in my stories (moved to top of profile because it is really important to me):

In my writing you'll find a wide variety of relationships including relationships between 'bots who use male gender pronouns and relationships between 'bots and humans. My present default for Cybertronian relationships (in many, but not all my stories) is polyamorous cohort bonds with casual interfacing beyond the cohort. I say at the outset of each chapter what relationships will be found and content that may be triggering (i.e. robots reproducing, noncon, dubcon, "sticky" robots with hermaphroditic human-like naughty bits, various kinks) but I no longer warn for "slash". First of all, dealing with gender in this fandom is tricky on any day, and I tend to default to there being no gender (as humans understand it) or far more genders than we have words for. But more importantly, I do not believe that loving, consensual relationships are something that should need to be warned for, regardless of the gender pronouns used by members of those relationships. I say who is involved in the relationships so readers can make their own decisions, I let readers know if they will find something explicit, but "warning" for slash and femmeslash, in my opinion, is an insult to a whole set of people whose love should not have warning labels attached to it. You may still find "slash" warnings on my older stories, but I became too uncomfortable with that to continue to do so.

Update July 2012 - offline life has continued to be really uncooperative with writing. Major transitions happening, including a job hunt and potential move. I'm on hiatus from every ongoing story other than Recline the Berthformer until my muses start cooperating again. They are not abandoned, just in the percolation mode. Recline is easier to manage because it is episodic rather than a serial. I don't have to worry about it getting bogged down in gestalt-sized plot holes.

I did recently post two stories here written for the TF Gift Exchange on Dreamwidth that I'm very happy with. I consider Aegis the best story I've written to date. That probably means most people won't like it that much ;)

Dark Movieverse AU in which the war never took place, and the Cybertronian empire eventually reached a small populated planet whose dominant species were fractious and warlike, but could be quite useful when trained for an appropriate function. The Tales of Recline the Berthformer - The life and times of a sentient piece of furniture. Started out as 140 character "twitter fics" to celebrate a day when I could finally rest, has evolved into something far less cracky.

Arranged by the Stars - G1 Prowl/Jazz, Mirage/Hound, Wheeljack/Ironhide/Ratchet, eventual Optimus Prime/Elita 1, AU with arranged sparkbonds to create new sparks. Stalled (hopefully temporarily).

Ozone (the xeno edition) - Mikaela/Autobots, post ROTF/pre-DOTM fix-it AU. This story is my profession of love for my favorite TF human, Mikaela Banes, as well as an exploration of an alien culture's values regarding relationships, bonds, and social institutions. Now with PLOT :P

Prime Time - One shots in the TF-Prime continuity. I may separate out the emerging story about Arcee and the femmes since it is developing into something more.

You Know You are Addicted to Cyberporn - crackfic, on long-term hiatus, but I might resume.

Unglued - BeexSamxMikaela (one of my many OT3s!) My very first fanfic, inspired by a chapter in Sakon76's Simulacra-verse. On long term hiatus, but it might start again. I won't say it is over because I still feel fondly for it as my first fanfic ever.

About Me:

I'm an original G1 Cartoon fan from my preteen era. My very first "celebrity crush" was on Optimus Prime (which I admitted to NO ONE and inwardly thought I was the strangest gal on the planet). I didn't see either of the first two live action films in the theater (I have young kids - that should explain everything). We finally got the two films on Netflix and my brief preteen love of the show reemerged as full-fledged fangirl mania (a mom needs to have an escape). And that crush, I quickly realized, had never gone away. Even though there are things about the Movieverse that are very troubling to me, I do enjoy them visually for making my childhood heroes look real. And also for the idea of the Prime-Protector ruling dyad, which is just delicious.

I enjoy reading and writing a wide variety of fiction in this fandom. There are so many continuities in the TF universe(s) that there is no reason for creators not to feel free to write those aliens as they imagine them. OOC writing, OCs, and canon-AUs are no problem to me as long as the writing is good and there is internal consistency and logic to back up those choices. I love well crafted AUs, and OCs.

My own background is in the humanities with a special interest in anthropology and comparative religious studies. I especially enjoy the stories that deal with spiritual and/or religious themes. And alien sensuality. Combine intelligent world building, spirituality AND alien sensuality that seems really alien, and you will have a rabid fangirl clinging to your ankles.

On a personal note, I'm a Christian who believes in GLBT rights and marriage equality, and I believe Jesus was all about love and welcoming those who were most marginalized and hated in his society. IMHO, if Jesus were walking on earth today, he'd be hanging out with folks who make most religious people feel uncomfortable.
