I am so glad that I stumbled across the world of fanfiction, as it has become one of my favorite things! I know I pretty much have an addiction and I may have to join some sort of 12 step program if it ever becomes a problem. And I don't go anywhere without my iPhone or wifi only iPad that way I can read wherever I am! I don't write fanfic, though one day I may try my hand... We shall see... I am, however, a great admirer of those who have created new and amazing stories with characters we know and love, or love to hate!

Let's see, what can I tell you about me that's even remotely interesting... I am reasonably inexperienced in "the ways of the world," and one of my best friends likes to joke that we are like the yin and yang symbol; she is all bad, with a little bit of good (black side with white dot) & I am all good with a little bit of bad (white side with black dot), opposites that create the balance in the world. She says my halo sits just a bit crooked above my head; I say, I've got a halo with "swagger," just a little! My jauntily seated halo speaks of a limited but story filled history! And so I, from time to time, like to live vicariously through the characters and stories I read here on fanfiction, just like when reading books, or watching a film or tv show.

So, thank you, to all of you wondrously insightful, often humorous, and incredibly prolific authors who take the time to write, because though you don't do it for me, it benefits me. Thank you for adding hours of reading enjoyment to my life!!! And maybe when I finally post some stuff up here, hopefully someone will enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed reading many of the amazing entries here! : )

12/26/11 -- Ok, I'm taking a stab at writing a fic... it's called The Lost... at least right now it is. Anyway, the first chapter is super short, but I am editing the next 5 chapters (which are already done, and even though I'm adding to a couple of them they should go up in a timely manner), so I'll put up chapter 2 within a few days of chapter 1; then after that... (eta) let's play it by ear. So, give it a peek, tell me what you think, it has been forever since I've written a fiction story, and this one is, so far, unbeta'd... so all criticism is welcome to help me improve.
