You know... I'm constantly amazed and pleasantly surprised by the fact there are still people out there who read & enjoy what I write. It really makes me happy & want to start writing again. But as you know, college lifestyle really makes one tired, but I remember those high school days when I would write like crazy, especially during classes... Oh, I wonder if I can do it again? But, what I mean is... Thanks everyone for--well--everything. :) When I have the time, I will write again. ^^; Even though a lot of my earlier stuff is kind of embarrassing... hahaha.

Mind you, the Japanese ones only. :P) Miyatan!!, Sakupyon, Tori-chan, Hoshipika, Romi Paku, Minagawa Junko, Iwao Junko, Takeuchi Junko, Mitsuki Saiga, Tomoko Kawakami, Ryotaro Okiayu, Suwabe Junichi, Konitan, Tsudaken, Hiroki Takahashi(!!) , Morikubo Shoutaro, and many, many more. (& has a soft spot for Takeshi Kusao, the voice of Trunks!!)
Anime/Manga she likes: (almost always) Shonen anime like Naruto or Bleach. My favorite (#1) anime is Serial Experiments Lain, but I consider FMA to be the best anime I've seen so far (I don't watch that many, surprisingly enough o_O), and Yuugiou is my guilty pleasure. Tenipuri is my "ZOMG! So many awesome bishies & I feel like a cougar!" anime. Other anime? Well, I obsess over Hoshin Engi, Wolf's Rain, Read or Die, Hunter x Hunter, Tactics, Gundam Wing, Get Backers, Key the Metal Idol, etc.! I also have soft spots for Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Pokemon and Digimon since I grew up with them.

08.08.2011 -- So, once I complete this class (in like a month from now), I will be graduating from college (FINALLY!) with a double major in Anthropology and Japanese Language & Literature (+ a minor in English). When that happens (SEPTEMBER!), I will be taking a year-ish off to work to save up some money for grad school (going to study Archaeology -- yes, I want to be an archaeologist lol). BUT, during that year, I intend to starting writing again and HOPEFULLY HOPEFULLY HOPEFULLY it won't just become an "intention" but "action!" So... yeah... *crosses fingers* To be honest, I write mostly for myself (and for readers too of course) because I like writing, so I do really miss it...

Opinion
1. On reading/writing: Each to their own. You like your stuff, I like mine. Let's respect each other's tastes, alright?
2. On cliches: Most of the time I don't enjoy cliches. I prefer original/other stuff. Of course, I do read cliches, because I do like them when they are done well & yes, that is possible.
3. On angst: In general, I don't like angst. I don't read/write much of it, because if it's a fic classified as "romance/angst" it usually has at LEAST one of the following: rape, abuse, drugs, self multilation (I admit, I have written ONE self mutilation fic, but that was in my younger years). & usually the "uke" is on the receiving end of the rape/abuse deal. Not cool. Also, I don't find hurt/comfort appealing in any way.

!!WARNING-A RANT!!
4. On "The Playboy": I am SICK of this idea & how it not only appears in real novels, shojo manga, but the BL world as well. I DO NOT FIND IT "oh, what a wonderful romance!" when the uke (or female) manages to change the ways of "The Playboy." A lot of people I've come across seem to find this idea particularly appealing. I just don't get the appeal. & you won't find such a story from me. It's just plain ridiculous.
