Short autobiography, by stepawayfromtheyam: Born and raised in rural communist Russia by a pack of wild cheetahs, I learned the way of the geisha. In 1979, at the age of 10, I joined a circus troupe and became an elephant tamer. We travelled the world after saying goodbye to my pack, where I found myself in 1400 medieval Japan. I became a samurai and left the circus troupe. I fought for the Duke of Osaka for many years as his right-hand warrior. At the end, he was defeated. As tradition, I performed seppuku (the suicide ritual performed in honor of the master of a samurai, instead of facing defeat with a small blade known as a shoto). However, I awoke after a 14 year coma in modern Turkey. My shoto was nowhere to be found. With nothing but my samurai garb and my katana, I ventured forth to America, where I live today as a member of the Yakuza, as well as an employee at Bed, Bath and Beyond. He is also an avid anime-watcher and enjoys drawing, sleeping, playing classic video games and most of all: preventing the Communist Threat from taking over his homeland of Nu-America (circa 291X-S, A.D.).
