I learned about fanfic from someone in a writing class. I am hooked and found I was reading more and writing less. So, I need to up the writing output. My daughter turned me on to the "Twilight" books.

I'm in the middle of writing my first novel, a YA fantasy romance. (No vampires ;-), Just saying.)

I am a married, empty-nester with 2 cats, Birmans and one is my "gentle stalker." She really needs to to learn about personal space.

I finally wrote a one shot "I'm Diving In" and entered it in the Spring Fever Contest http://springfevercontest.blogspot.com/ I won! Yay! Full disclosure: I have a diving scene in my novel and wanted to see if I could capture the tension of a problem during a dive with out the dialogue that I would have loved to be able to use, but couldn't.
