"Come As You Are (1)" - Winter Break is coming to a close; that means that it's back to Degrassi pretty soon. For Marisol, she's upset that she didn't get to spend the break having fun. She later decides to try out for a dance crew, "The Dolls", but when she doesn't make the cut, she is devastated. But, she realizes that the only reason she didn't get in was because of her skin color. Meanwhile, Clare is visiting her father's side of the family; after a conversation with Jake over the phone, it's revealed that Clare's father's side of the family doesn't know about the divorce. Clare says that she's matured and won't say anything, but after she sees her father flirt with a childhood flame, she starts to question whether or not she's truly matured. Elsewhere, Tori and Tristan are trying to decide what the next step should be in "taking over" Degrassi, but after Tristan and Tori both catch the eye of the same guy, it's revealed that he's not only interested in Tori, but Tristan as well. Tristan accepts the flirting and decides not to tell Tori, but he also doesn't realize that Zig has witnessed the whole thing. 002. "Come As You Are (2)" - Marisol has just been exposed to racism for the first time and doesn't know how to handle it, she even smashes one of the studio's windows. When Katie comes to pick her up, Marisol lashes out at her as well. Later, Marisol is offered a job by a "mysterious man", she accepts the job when she realizes that she will be able to dance. Meanwhile, Clare's suspicions of her father sleeping around with his childhood flame are proven to be true, especially when she see's the woman sneaking out of her father's room. Clare then has another emotional breakdown and she reveals the truth about her parents divorce. Elsewhere, Tori and Tristan are both in bliss with their relationship with Jackson, however, Tori is completely blind to the fact that Tristan is also talking to Jackson. So, when Zig tells her what happened when she went to the bathroom, she confronts Tristan about it and he reveals the truth, causing Tori to lash out at him and put a strain in their friendship. 003.
