I've worked on it for a long time and I have to say it's the story I'm probably the proudest of Crossroads: I had a competition during the writing of Boggart and the winner requested a Neville/Luna (a pairing I had never written before) so I sat down and started attempting a brainstorm...in the end a cute little story came out that I'm pretty proud of I must say! His and Hers: the first Puck/Rachel story I have written for a LONG time and I didn't hate it afterwards...success! I posted this for the season 3 premiere (: Boggart: I got fascinated with this idea that a person's boggart was the thing that sometimes brought upon their death or could tell you the most about them and I just got curious...that curiosity ended in a 112 chapter story... A Strange Kind of Friendship: I loved River/Rory friendship fics because she always seemed to tell Rory a little bit more than anyone else about who she is and I just really wanted to write one. This was also dedicated to jtrem for her birthday. The Clock Hand: I always hand this strange fascination with the Weasley's clock and I always thought it was so cool. I guess I just wondered what would happen if someone on there died, so this arose and was dedicated to jtrem for her birthday (: About A Girl- something that had been sitting on my laptop forever after seeing VOTDT and I eventually tweaked it enough that I just had to post it Pretty- I loved those quotes in that Firefly episode and was disappointed that only one other person had used it for a fanfiction, so I wanted to use it for a fanfiction with a slight romantic connotation Counter Conversations- a twin exchange monthly challenge entry When We Were Young- my friend said something along the lines of, "that couple is really strange, I'm not sure it would work," and then I, of course, had to show her it could Hermione's Last Stand- I'd been reading a story where Hermione was the only one left and she was being really weak and then I figured that she wouldn't be that way, she'd be strong and slightly crazy from everything she'd been put through. Pretty much i just wanted to list all of Hermione's accomplishments in a fanfiction (: Trouble- I was intrigued by the idea of writing a George/Hermione when they were still in school and it was also a twin exchange monthly challange entry My Doctor- I had just watched the season 2 finale and couldn't stay away from writing this The Bet- a twin exchange monthly challenge entry and I wanted to do something with the coupling of Luna and Harry Another Girl- The fact that glee was coming back on and that I had just found out my love of Ellie Goulding, this just mushed out in a hurried fashion Flying With Angels- a story that came later at night. I was really into searching for fanfictions with these couples and then thought of the depressing side of it: this came out I DID WHAT?- It was a twin exchange monthly challange entry and I was just really interested in getting a George/Hermione where an outside force initiated the relationship Roses: I had roses sitting in my room and I was up really late at night (again) and incredibly hyper and this just popped out; this story was written before Tina/Mike was canon | |||||||
