So, I love to write, both short stories and novels. Fantasy is what I love most, because of the freedom it offers. Freedom is the reason I love to write stories and you can fully use your imagination when writing fantasy. I love creating cultures, different people, magic, but mostly, characters that can be anything. I really don't like clichés; I don't necessarily dislike EVERY story with a lot of clichés, but I do highly prefer an original story.
I never really got into writing fanfiction myself, because I liked creating my own world and characters better, but I've tried a few times. So far I have written three fanfics and I've posted an English creative writing assignment.

I take my writing seriously, so I'd love to get some constructive criticism. Not just about my spelling (although of course I appreciate it!), but also about writing techniques/plot/characters etc. That way I can use the reviews for my original work as well and improve my writing style.

If I do write fanfiction, it's mostly about video games. They often give room for fanfiction. They invite the player to engage in the story and characters and fill in the holes of their lives that aren't shown in the game itself. And I just love playing them. Generally I can enjoy every single game that has a living, breathing world, preferably with towns, little villages, forests, mountains, a lot of characters... Just a complete world. My favorite game, however, is Shadow of the Colossus. Besides a huge world for me to explore the game offers me just about everything I love. In my opinion, it's a unique, beautiful and powerful creation in which all the different elements come together perfectly.
