Some people have asked who I am, the author of "The Midnight Ghost".

Well, there isn't much I can say about me.

I am a survival coach and I live close to the mountains, next to a huge lake, almost in the woods.

I'm not an native English speaker, but I have a great beta team who works with me.

I love to read Severus and Harry stories, prefer a happy ending and a good character development.

Writing stories, I started when I was very small, but writing a Harry Potter Story was a new thing for me.

I'm planing my next story.

The story is very special to me, not just of it's plot (Harry and Severus, of course), but also because it has two authors. My friend Suzie74 and I are already working on ideas and as soon as I'm done with my current story, it will be posted.

It will be a Snape deaged story, and rated M. It will also contain slash in later Chapters - which will be posted on AFF (http://hp.adultfanfiction -dot- net/index -dot- php ), or so. We will let you know on time.

To those who are wondering what's going on with me:

I have two slipped disc's on my lower back and a nerve damage in my left leg, all is a result to a doctor who had no idea what to do with a patient who was always in pain.

I stepped into a 30 cm deep hole, at night, in the woods, because someone was leading me 'blind' and I had trusted my leader. Dumb, dumb, dumb! That was in September 2011. Since then, I was at the doctors office at least three times a month - with pain, of course. I heard sentences like "Oh, you must be bored", "You should look for new friends somewhere else" or "It can't be that bad". Guess what, it was. It was so bad, no painkiller was working anymore, and I was thinking of either suicide or become crazy because of too much pain.

That was the point when my family decided to put me into a hospital, since the doctor can't help (who said that "there is no reason why a hospital is necessary") and against the doctors will I went into the hospital, where I stayed a month. At that time I was not able to sit or stand or walk anymore. Even laying down was painful.

Within six hours I found out what the problem was and within another four hours I was on painkillers that worked and I started to return to life.

Whoever had had a slipped disc problem knows what I'm talking about. The pain is beyond believe and sometimes I wonder of how much pain it is possible for a human to take. We are much stronger than we think to be.

My ride isn't over yet. I'm in a rehabilitation center, doing work outs for strenghening my back, certain therapy's and resting a lot, too. I will be there until the middle of September, and then I'm still on medication...

But I'm alive.

March 12th 2013:

Now it's almost a year since my last update to "The Midnight Ghost". I haven't given up on the story, but my energy level is too low right now to write a lot. I do continue my writing, but it still will take a while until I'm there where I feel ok to publish a new chapter. Also I think I lost my english... ;) Please be patient with me! Thank you, Vin

Nothing. It will not be abandoned, or stay uncompleted forever. This story is one of the patiend kind. :)

Yes, I am going to finish it, just right now I don't have the energy to write a chapter a day. I write, but it's just small pieces, a sentece here and two sentences there. I thank you for every review, or pm, beacause you are the ones who keep me going with this story, to keep it alive.

And soon, soon, I will return and bring little Harry along - and then the adventure begins. Don't even think it's over yet!
