Author has written 23 stories for Primeval, and Game of Thrones. I am a Christian and an American 30-something-year-old who loves sci-fi and fantasy. My favorite Book Series in order are as follows: The Chronicles of Narnia (since I was eight years old),C.S. Lewis; The Lord of the Rings, J.R.R. Tolkien; Twilight, Stephanie Meyer; The Circle Trilogy and other stories from this universe, Ted Dekker; Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling. Favorite TV shows (currently and of all time - not in order): Primeval, FlashForward, Roswell, The 4400, Battlestar Galactica, Criminal Minds, CSI (all of them), Heroes, The Pretender, So You Think You Can Dance. Favorite Actors/Actresses: Andrew-Lee Potts, Johnny Depp, Ellen Page, Dakota Fanning, Chris Evans, Gary Oldman, Meg Ryan, Parker Posie (will add more as my brain engages). Favorite Movies: Lord of the Rings, V for Vendetta, The Narnia movies (on principle only), SyFy's Alice, the Harry Potter Films, Stardust, Goonies, Empire Records, Josie and the Pussycats, etc. I got involved in all this because I read some absolutely amazing fanfic stories (see my list of Favorite Authors as well as my list of Favorite Stories). I pretty much only read the Primeval ones, but I have read a few others. I like fluff, happy endings, and stories that have an element of darkness or violence in them on occasion. (I have a degree in Criminal Justice, with minors in History and Psychology, so I guess that's where that comes from). My friend Wordslinger made a banner for my first fic, TAKEN. It was created by iEvenstarEstel Not a big fan of slash, though if the author is good enough, I might be persuaded to venture out of my comfort zone. My favorite pairing is Connor/Abby from Primeval, though I also really like a good Hatter/Alice fic. I like things to be canon for the most part, but some AU stuff is cool. I'm kind of an addict for them, so please let me know what you think of my fiction. I work really hard on it, and I always enjoy hearing feedback on it. Stuff I'm working on (in no particular order) (all Connor and Abby unless otherwise stated): A belated birthday fic for an LJ friend. Lots of angst, violence, and Connor whumpage. If you liked Taken, you'll probably like this one. It's not as long though, nor as drawn out. A sequel to Waking Sleeping Beauty. (eventually) A tragedy/redemption story involving the death of a child. (This one is based on real life events, but it's on hold for the moment. I still promise a happy ending, even in these circumstances.) Perhaps a sequel to my slash fic To Hell and Back Again (we'll have to see though. That one will be a bit of a psychological challenge). A breakage fic that has some Burton/Connor non-con in it but is still Connor/Abby at heart. I've got this one almost completely done, it's not porny, but it is graphic. It focuses on the psychological more than the physical, though that is there too. Although, the physical, in some instances, is a bit blurred at the edges. There will be a sequel to this fic. Maybe sometime this summer. Some smutty/kinky stuff from my work on the Temple Dungeon. :-D Not sure yet if I can put any of that over here, plus I want to write some more of that stuff. | |||||||
