I highly encourage any readers who might have wandered here to check out the C2 community I manage, called "Seriously Naruto." The works collected there are some of the best I've read, most are "serious" as the comm name suggests, and a lot delve into and flesh out some of the great (but minor) characters Kishimoto didn't have time to concentrate on. Comm contains stories that make readers ponder more deeply on each character and their relationships. Currently, on search for Sannin fics- Really love how the series has the whole "history repeating itself" possibility with Team Seven and their teachers.

Note for readers: Haven't really felt the writing bug bite on any of my ongoing projects = writing for them is harder than ever. There are ideas for other fandoms though. And polishing off some old NARUTO fic ideas to be posted, mostly one-shots, a few longer ones.

In college and like many, I aspire to be a professional writer. How I wish. Hopefully college will bring only good things- like better writing style. The best authors, I've noticed, don't rely on sensationalism and instead get to the core of the subject and their feelings. Kudos to those who can successfully achieve this. And for the constant updaters- you rock! Me, I have to wait for the writing fit to fall on me and then I can write for about a few hours and then, it's gone. Sigh, I'm too easily distracted and there are so many good stories to read.

Current obsession: Blood+ = an awesome anime that starts as your average anime, then explodes into amazingness! It's that good. There isn't much love for a certain pairing I love, which I plan to rectify. Also, Suikoden III = An amazing game that needs more fictions. The history and plot lend so many great fictions...although I'm not well versed at all, having only played the third one.

Specialities: I love puns and equivocations so watch out for them. I also place humor in the oddest places. And angst is the mode set for the time being, although I read in my psychology book that being upset or angry all the time will shorten your life...great, that's just what I need!

Sand-sized grain of wisdom: The thing about writing fanfiction is that if you don't do any writing in a long time, it's hard to pick up a story line again. It's equally hard when you're writing in a different fandom. Getting into character is one of the harder things to do, maybe we don't give actors/actresses the credit they're due. Maybe. So write more! Even if it's crap...I'm kidding of course, although thoughtful crap is okay...um...alright, getting off that tangent.

Stories (Spotlight):

Tempest of Emotions- My first and largest body of work to the fandom that started me on fanfiction: Dark Angel. Unfortunately, fic does not seem to have an end, or even a future in sight. I'd like to finish it, hate it when writers stop, but the DA muse is not in at the moment. Who knows, maybe someday? Work in Progress- Hiatus...

In My Life- My first Naruto fiction, multipart story about growing up and coping with the things that happen to everyone. Hope it does some justice to some of the characters Masashi Kishimoto made. Work in Progress- Hiatus

The Last Uchiha- The required Sasuke-angst fiction that all NARUTO writers have to write. Finished

The Reason for Tools of War- One shot on war and its effect on a young shinobi of Konoha. How long can one last on determination and obedience alone? Warped into a three part saga-thing.

Only at Dusk- The Naruto side of Angst, another required writing. Yes, it does seem that this fandom has infinite possibilities of angst. Finished

First Kiss- Short story about Ino and how first kisses can be so important, yet painful at the same time. Finished and edited once again. People seem to like this, I think it's the angst and romance.

Humoresque- My stab at humor in the Naruto world. Even ninjas end up in awkward (i.e. humiliating) situations that are out of their control. Work in Progress

The Face He Sees- Tragedy strikes and Shikamaru struggles with himself and drinking. Forgiveness comes from within first. Completed

Stuff it- Ino suffers a revelation one late night in her kitchen with a bowl of noodles- she wants more than what she has. Completed
