Author has written 5 stories for Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings. RAMBLINGS: Did you know that Harry Potter is a reimagination of the Gospel? Check the boxes, it's there. Whether it was deliberate on JKR's part, I've yet to hear her say. i only heard her say that when the HP story came to her, it was already fully formed. It is a sad thing (at least for me, ;D) that as soon as I started writing fanfiction, I had to stop reading them. I'm so afraid that I would be unconsciously repeating a phrase or an idea I've read somewhere else though I can't help it and I cheat from time to time. I would never abandon a fanfic that I'm writing. Never! (fingers crossed behind my back. XD, joke. - im a reader first, before i started ff writing, so i know what it's like to follow a story only for it to be abandoned.) I'm a purely H/G shipper. Sorry. If JKR said it's H/Hr, then that's what I'm gonna be writing. But it's H/G, so there. And in almost all of my fanfics, i think i'll keep revisiting Harry and Ginny falling in love with each other. JKR showed us everything about Harry, but I think she kept the H/G scenes to a minimum, just enough to show us the facts of their relationship. Perhaps as a character, she wanted Harry to be able to keep something private to himself. and i am certain that in the Room of Requirement at the Battle of Hogwarts when only harry and ginny were left, there was some serious snogging that took place and that even harry copped a feel. lol. as to my preference for a post-high school romance for the two, i know true love can happen at a young age. i only said sometimes there's no other impetus for a teenage boy to be attracted to a girl just because well, he's male. but i want harry to have been around, seen the world, met a lot of women, but in the end chose ginny over all those women because she's the one he truly loves.
