This is about my fourth account... I am pretty sure that I deleted them all, though, so no worries. ^^ Hi! I am Emily, otherwise known as inmem0riam. It is nice to meet you. I am from the east coast of the United States of America, & have resided here for my entire life (which is a mere fifteen years... it feels like it should be much longer) in a fairly stereotypical suburbanite area. It does not help that I go to a private school, either... Anyways, I love reading, music, the internets, & learning; I sometimes write but usually my attempts at writing fiction do not really go down so well, because I tend to slack off & drop them after a while. My other weakness is that I have a hard time with content; I have ideas, & usually I have a pretty decent plot, but I can not, for some reason, write chapters as thick as I would prefer. This is why, dear readers, I am searching for a beta. I believe I will (hopefully, anyways) find a beta, & hopefully they can help keep me in line. :3 The fanfiction I read tends to be the darker sort. I do like to read the ones in which Voldemort wins or Harry turns dark; I think it takes a certain kind of brave person to write that sort of thing, & it has to be done in a certain way so it does not seem terrible or ridiculous. I also enjoy the supernatural sort of stories, but again - that has to be done well, because it is a fine line the writer walks. The best fanfiction I have ever read: | |||||
