Bones is the new X-Files but without the aliens and government conspiracies... unless you count Hodgins and his conspiracy theories! The dynamic between Brennan and Booth reminds me SO MUCH of the dynamic between Mulder and Scully, which is the main thing that drew me into Bones during season 5 when I saw my first episode of it.
