I usually read Harry Potter fanfiction; my favorite ship is Draco/Hermione. I also occasionally like reading Twilight fic, mostly Imprinting based ones. While it doesn't seem like it, with my abundance of favorite stories, I am a bit particular about what I read. The writing quality has to be good in order for me to enjoy reading it.
