No links to photos - I used to have them for stories as points of reference, but now that links have been disabled, the long adresses were making the page messy and annoying.

No indoctrinal speeches or lists - I'm way too old and have experienced way too much crap to believe a profile will change the way a person believes to fit my own personal standards. However, my values do show in my stories which are much more likely to have an impact on someone if it is a subject important to them.

About Me: I'm 42... still trying to deal with that :) I'm married and have one son. I'm on leave from being a middle school special ed teacher. My other hobbies include reading romance historical fiction and paper crafting.

I became addicted to Bones part way through season 5 when my hubby brought home the DVD for season one because he heard that it was a good show. We quickly watched all four seasons of DVDs and then I started watching season 5. I am totally hooked! On the Fox Bones forum, I kept reading posts referring to fanfics. I had no idea what it was. Finally, one day, I googled it. And that's where it all started. I now write for the Bones, Criminal Minds and Days of Our Lives fandoms.

I'm also writing original fiction with my own characters with the goal of getting published.
