Hello! Welcome! Make yourself at home! I promise weirdness and fictional character obsessing in maxium doses!

Who am I, you ask? (Or don't ask, whatever) I've been know by many different names in my life; Skayda, Amarah, Spidersilk, Spidersilken_ai.

Please don't be put off by my choice of nicknames for this site. You may glance at it and say to yourself; "Urgh...not another Dragonball Z obsessed idiot..." and click right by. I know my work isn't as impressive as others', but I do try to be at least somewhat entertaining and at least I know basic grammar, (save for a few spelling errors here and there), and dOn'T wRiTe LiKe tHiS or use numbers in the place of letters in my writing.

Anyway, I would rather you just address me by my given name if you wish to address me at all; Ami.

No, I did not name myself after that short haired Sailor Scout. shakes her head It's my real name and, though I don't particularily like it, I don't dislike it either.

I am very fair complexioned (transparent might be a better word!) and have dark brown eyes. My hair, when not dyed burgandy, is dark brown with a reddish cast and reaches a little past my waist, is thick and slightly wavy.

My personality is basically sweet, I try to be funny but it doesn't always work, I strive to make people happy. It gives me a great thrill to make someone's day. I have a lot of trouble talking face-to-face with people because I can't seem to get the words to come out of my mouth the order they appear in my head and I think much faster than I talk and sometimes stumble over my spoken words.

That is why I think I write much better than I speak. I have the attention span of a puppy and movie marathons are definitly NOT my cup of tea! I also tend to overly obsess about fictional characters (or actors, or whover) to the point of thinking about them night and day, every waking hour and losing myself in the fantasy world and pushing real-life into the background and driving my friends and family nearly insane.

I do not know why I do this. I guess it's just they way I am. I've always done it, every since I can remember. One of my friends mentioned recently that she thought my fixation on a certian namekian was a tad bit unhealthy.

Oh well, it's who I am and I can't change myself even if I wanted to. I guess everyone's a little weird. I'm not different!

I happen to be fixated with Dragonball Z at the moment. In particular, a certain sexy green namek. But you could probably deduce that from my pen name anyway. Heh. I have my friend Vicky Baker aka Ryven Sorane to thank for getting me hooked on the 'green' giggles and Dragonball Z in general.

A few other notes; I love children and animals and wish a horridly red death on any who try to harm them. I don't have children of my own, but wish to have at least one someday.

My birthday is May 13, 1974 and I was born under the sign of Tauras, if you go for that stuff. I am not religious but I respect other people's beliefs as long as they don't try to make me 'see the light' Yes, I am quite sure that Jesus loves me, however WHY would he tell you this?
