I have found writing fanfic to be pretty cathartic really... and a little distracting! Well, a lot actually. I would find myself thinking about the characters and storylines at the weirdest times, like when I'm supposed to be paying attention to a sermon. Or writing my thesis. *Sigh*

Anyway, I guess the writing process for me primarily takes places inside my head - I would play and replay scenes in my mind for like a thousand times before writing it down. That's probably why I'm so tardy with updates. Anywho, that's the best part for me. Imagining the story, the characters and building the plot in my head. I have a pretty vivid imagination and, well, I guess if you want to write you gotta have one, right?
