Hello and welcome to my (currently underwhelming) profile!:)

Okay, im pretty new to fanfic (writing fanfic i mean, reading ive already done a fair bit of), and this is my first time actually writing stories in about three years. Thank you college!! Seriously the last story i wrote was for my leaving cert exam back when i was 18!:O

But I am now just finished my final year in college (am graduating in a few weeks in fact) and am really enjoying the opportunity to just write again just for the fun of it. I'm a huge fan of fantasy literature, and would love to write my own someday. Fingers crossed eh?

Also im currently taking a year out now, trying to figure what to do with my life, so hopefully it will be used as an opportunity to pursue my writing as well.

Interests:

Literature- His Dark Materials, Harry Potters, Kelly Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld, Gemma Doyle Trilogy, anything by Dean Koontz, Sword of Truth series (though i won't be writing about that here), the Poison Throne (Book 1 of the Moorhawke Trilogy, still awaiting book 2 and 3), Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and yes, I do like Twilight!:)

TV- The main series I would follow would be Doctor Who, Merlin, Robin Hood (even though they completely banjaxed the last series), Firefly, Gossip Girl, Castle, and Glee.

I also love book to mini-series or one-off-episode adaptions. Love BBC adaptions of Jane Austin novels, Sally Lockhart series, and currently the Pillars of the Earth (which i'm still reading)

Film- Lord of the Rings, Serenity, Bill and Ted, 300, Gladiator, Disney Films, Stardust, Sunshine, Inception, District 9, Black Hawk Down, Tears of the Sun, Inglorious Bassterds and so much more:) i would literally be here all day trying to think of all the films i love
