5/3/08: Yet another bio edit.
For those of you who are curious about me, I'm a girl, in my twenties, and have an active interest in a wide variety of subjects. I also have an active dislike of things in a wide variety of subjects, for balance - because balance is important.
Special Note: I am generally unbiased against most pairings, as well as yaoi, yuri, shonen-ai, and shoujo-ai fics. If it has a decent attempt at a plot, I'll probably read it.

Harry Potter, the Child-Who-Lived: Harry Potter A/U, no pairings
Premise - Instead of Harry being a boy (Harry James Potter) Harry as a girl (Harlequin Carlotta-James Potter). Starts where Philosopher's Stone/Sorcerer's Stone begins.
Notes on the Fic - I wanted to see what would happen if Harry was a girl instead of a boy. That's a very small change, considering, so the first fic with Harley!Harry is going to stick fairly close to the book canon. Any future fics, of course, will be increasingly divergent from the canon as the alterations in the story due to my change build up.
Status of Fic - About 75-80 percent complete. As soon as I move this story onto my laptop, I'll be able to work on it far more often - the laptop is slightly more portable then that clunky old PC it's been sitting on, you know.
Clockwork Nightingale: Yu-Gi-Oh A/U, no pairings
Premise - Extreme divergence from Yu-Gi-Oh canon storyline. Some members of cast are part of 'Ban-Ile' race, some are part of the 'Demon' race. Elements from Manga!canon and Anime!canon are present. Features version of Disability!Yuugi.
Notes on the Fic- I was totally inspired by a story known as 'An Angel in my Closet', by Hot Ice. However, I was also determined not to rip Hot Ice off. Thus, instead of angels, I have Ban-Ile, which is an angel-like race (angel-like in apperance ONLY - read the fic if you want specifics). This has since grown into an epic-looking adventure, during which many characters have secrets, some of which not even they know they have...
((ahem)) THE REWRITE IS COMPLETE! WOO!
The original chapters shall remain up for curiousity's sake, but I have begun posting chapters for the new and improved fic: Grand Clockwork Nightingale. Go check it out, yeah?

Fics under repair (my rewrites)
At the moment, I'm working off-and-on to rewrite O Brother, Where Art Thou?, one my my Shadow-centric fics. I might start doing the same for Crosswise at a later date. Really, I'm surprised that either of these stories ever got so popular - I used to write BAD.
