Author has written 16 stories for Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing/AC, Young Riders, and Criminal Minds. What's there to say, really? I've taken a lllllllloooooooonnnnnnng break from fanfic because school and work started absorbing my life. I finally graduated, but now it's just work. Work, work, work. Meaningful work? I guess, if you're addicted to caffeine... Anyway. I wrote, once upon a time, Sailormoon fics mostly, but that's not the norm these days. I'm writing again for Criminal Minds now, so look for my new stuff below. My older stories are pretty much all romances, and while my newer ones will contain romantic elements, I've moved beyond that some. I'm a cynic now. :) I was making mocha the other day, and as the powder billowed out, I sneezed. A customer standing nearby asked me if I had swine flu. WTF? Who asks that? I told her no, and she told me if I do, make sure I tell her first thing. Right, duly noted. Lady in Rock the Vote T-shirt with crazy hair, first person on my call list. Venti 8 pumps white mocha, 2 pumps classic breve white mocha: the drink you order when you've just plain given up. When I'm not writing, I'm at work, or I'm with my friends, reading, watching a movie, TV, listening to music, going to the theatre, messing around with one of my graphic design projects, or attempting to do some zany combination thereof. When I write I usually put my iPod on shuffle and go with it. Lately I've been listening to Bob Schneider's new record, Lovely Creatures. Also, The Avett Brothers, Ari Hest, Kings of Leon, Better Than Ezra, and anything sufficiently energized and/or angsty to inspire my muse. :) Oh, another thing... I'd LOVE to have a beta reader for my Criminal Minds fics! If you're interested, toss me a message. Thanks for creating them and letting me play. :D A Quick Guide to my Criminal Minds fics (for those who might be curious) AU Stories: stories labeled "AU," unless otherwise noted, feature (though don't necessarily focus on) my OC, Dr. Elliot Jackson. Prentiss isn't a member of the team, but everything else is the same. "Endgame" - the first story with Jackson; it's a case fic that introduces her and her unique skills to the BAU; referred to in other stories as "Detroit" or "the case in Detroit;" takes place at the beginning of season 2, as Jackson is Elle's replacement. Complete. "Reckoning" - second story (chronologically) with Jackson; a case fic that focuses mainly on the repercussions of Reid's drug habit; takes place in season 2 between 2x17 "Distress" and 2x18 "Jones." Complete. "Your Turn" - a primarily humorous one-shot that takes place early in season 4; entire team focus. Complete. Non-AU "Just Breathe" - my vignettes about each profiler dealing with season 5's constant barrage of angst. Chapters 1-5 focus on, in order, Reid, Hotch, Morgan, Prentiss, and J.J. Currently on-going. AU2 - a different AU, just to make things confusing. :) Reid is a scientist, J.J. is a publicist, and they're involved. Rossi is a successful author and J.J.'s number one client.
