Look here for the allegiances of cats in Lightverse (LightClan's Return, etc). Current story: LightClan's Return.
LightClan's Return
StarClan has once again hidden things from the Clans. Even before SkyClan was forced to leave, there was another Clan that left. LightClan, weak from poor prey and little water, left as the others began to prepare to go to the Gathering. LightClan's ancestors among StarClan followed and guided them to a new territory, a forest joining a mountain range, where they made their new home. Now, however, the four Clans need them to shine light in the darkness that has fallen over the forest...
The Rising Dark
With the return of LightClan and knowledge of SkyClan, most cats' faith in StarClan has faltered. With this opporotunity, the Dark Forest has decided to recruit from the four 'original' forest Clans. Tensions are high, friendships strained, and peace is but a memory. StarClan is desperate for everything to return to normal, and LightClan is beginning to doubt their ancestors...
Saving Sacrifice
Battle is upon every cat. There are no Clans, only the Dark Forest and their cats and the cats who fight them. StarClan cannot help. The forest will have to stay strong as a great war is started, and the end comes after a brave life is ended...

Maybeverse
Maybe: Primus Hates Me
The Autobot-Decepticon War, known as the Great War or the War of the Allspark, has been raged almost all throughout the multiverse. However, it hits hard on the planet outside a young sun filled with human beings. The Decepticons have been hiding on it for five decades, searching for their fallen leader, while the Autobots have landed only within the last two, searching for the Allspark. No one thought the situation could get any worse when humans were dragged in...
M:PHM, Twenty Three Years
What exactly did the Autobots do during their twenty three years on Earth before the events of Maybe: Primus Hates Me? Well, in a nutshell, this was what they did... One-shot, during Chapter Two of M:PHM.
Maybe: Primus Really Hates Me
Hummingbird is screwed. The pain is worse and worse each day, and Ratchet's not happy with fixing whatever mech or object became the focal point of her rage. NEST is just beginning with reluctant government funds and the Autobots' old human allies. Even after the deactivation of Megatron, new Decepticons are being drawn to Earth with very few Autobots arriving to counter. New arrivals, however, may just tip the balance in their favor...
Maybe: It's Not So Bad
The Fallen has risen, and none of the Autobots are thrilled. NEST is under attack by the government that founded it while Megatron returns from the grave. Old friends and new ones are being dragged into the continuation of the Great War, while the Decepticons gear up for what seems to be the final assault...
Maybe: Life's Okay
It's been a running betting pool between the humans on the relationship between Hummingbird and Sideswipe. New knowledge of Cybertronian culture has them guessing anything from siblings to mates to parent and child. Their answer might just come with a ship of Autobots appears...
Iridescent (Song: 'Iridescent' by Linkin Park)
A series of oneshots that MIGHT just have a plot on random colors and the meanings they have to individual Autobots.
Maybe: It All Ends Now
The Decepticons have been planning for a long how they would strike back at the Autobots for their defeat, and now it has been put into action. The humans have lost all faith in their planet's guardians, forcing the Autobots to abandon Earth and face their enemy back where it all started: Cybertron. The end of the Great War is coming to an end...
Glad To Be Home
The Autobots have finally returned to Earth and their new comrades/family. Now, the only thing that's left is figuring out what to do with too many mecha for Earth to support and the United States attempting to weasel back into the NEST treaty agreement. Series of mostly unrelated oneshots.
Friends/Best Friends
You know you're best friends when...
Thank You (One shot) (Song: 'Crawling, Piano Instrumental' by Linkin Park)
AU to Endverse. In the aftermath of the final battle, Hummingbird finally lets go. Saying the final farwell is hard when you are saying it to your family.
Dreamverse
Transforming Ironhide (One shot)
"I take no credi' in this, bro." "What, why?!" "WHAT THE PIT DID YOU DO TO IRONHIDE?!?!?!" "Tha's why." "... Slag." "Rumble, inferior. Soundwave, superior."
Dreams Become Reality
They were your normal, average Transfans. But when some events of Dark of the Moon are found out, they are all left devastated and dying to help. Primus apparently agrees, because the next time they wake up, they find themselves being chased by NEST soldiers when school starts back up.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Failing Light
Legends say that when life is going to be perfect, the legendaries will have an epic battle to rival all others. No one can stop them, but for a team of pure heart. As the light begins to fail, salvation comes in the most unlikely of places. Rogue, an Eevee, was a year and a half when she went to Kecleon Market for groceries. Her journey started then, when she was robbed of most of her money by a Purrloin and had to ask a rescue team for help getting her purchases back home. the next day she went out with some of her family and seperated, going to the Double M Dojo to watch teams practice. Rebel was a shiny Houndour, forced to be as harsh as he could to anyone who got in his way by his parents and pack, Team Snarl. He never expected to face an Eevee younger than him when going to train, and, a year later, he still can't seem to get her standing up to him out of his head. They form a team when Rebel was forced from his pack, and their journey begins as they try to be the best they can... As Team Outcasts.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Falling Darkness
Team Outcasts has risen in rank since their defeat over the legendary birds and Mew. Instead of being looked down on by many teams, they are becoming respected as a rescue team, not to be messed with. Rogue tries to return to the newly rebuilt Sandy Meadows, only to be shunned because of an Eeveelution she never wanted. Rebel and Rogue grow closer together, only for a returned once-enemy to force his way between them and try to get the Umbreon to love him instead. The problem is... It's working. Darkness is still falling over the world, and Team Outcasts, now with a new member and an egg as a reward from a job, must learn to work together to defeat their next challenge in the form of more corrupted legendaries. Can the team handle the weight the world has put on them, or will they fall under the stress of it all?
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Forever Night
Despite defeating Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Lugia, and Ho-Oh, the now Silver ranked Team Outcasts has more struggle ahead of themselves with eight more legendaries to fight against. Night has settled completely over the world, and several Pokemon are going mad without the light of morning ever coming. Rogue can't seem to choose between Rebel, her faithful Second and friend who has always stood beside her and the now-evolved Renegade, who has a mystery surrounding him that she's dying to solve, while Medalia begins to feel left out, speaking less and less. Their journey only gets rougher as they have to face a new team who is determined to stop them, to make sure that they can never stop the legendaries. Their leader holds a secret for Rogue that can either break her or make her stronger. Rebel has a choice to make when he meets back up with his old pack... Continue on with Rogue, and try to keep her his, or leave behind his team and leave Rogue for his Leipard rival? While the team may have allies working with them - very powerful ones - they still must face their own, personal demons.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Final Hope
Time has run out. The land is breaking up piece by piece by the continually fighting legendaries. Team Outcasts's allies among them are slowly weakening, while the corrupted ones are growing stronger and stronger. Fight and Onyx, Team Outcasts's newest members, are finding out that being part of Team Outcasts is more than saving Pokemon in trouble and growing in rank. It's about overcoming obstacles placed before them, keeping each other sane, and making sure that the world isn't destroyed. Rebel has returned to the team, and Renegade concedes his loss to the Houndoom and leaves Rogue alone. The fight is nearing the end, and the entire world sees, finally, who is behind the eternal darkness. But knowing one's enemy does nothing to help one win against them. Loyalty is tested in Team Outcasts's final journey... And one will not be returning at the end of it all.
