It actually comes from a larger work Death's Jest Book/ The Fool's Tragedy. (I'm not sure if it is a part of the edited version or the origional) it's used as a song in the play Torrismond. You can find it here on Google Books towards the bottom.

I found this song a week or so after I started writing ER- and it fits so perfectly I just had to share- the video is not what I would have done, but I love the song-Every Time it Rains by Charlotte Martin
