Short (yeah right...) Bio: Well, I first got interested in the whole pokemon craze when the games for the gameboy( yes, those monumentally gigantic old school gameboys that could double as bricks) were first introduced. After that, I was addicted to the series and watched every episode after school and during the Saturday morning cartoon block on Kids WB. And, upon watching the episode 'Pokeball Peril' where TR first introduced the whole idea of pokeshipping to the world in what is probably some of the most AAML-y lines in the whole series, I realized that, 'hey, Ash and Misty makes a lot of sense to me' and the rest is pretty much history! I took to the internet to find anything and everything Ash and Misty and found the AAML website that soon became one of the first of its kind to promote this coupling. They had fanfics, fanart, hints, and just about everything you could possibly think of to connect Ash and Misty to one another. I was hooked! My original fanfiction adventure began when I found the 'Pokemon Tower' website. I started writing random, no plot, mediocre fanfiction in the hopes of getting my name (which I had been using since I started writing) out in the open. Soon, I switched gears and found ff.net and I never really looked back. My first fic 'The Fight For Love' really cemented my feelings for this awesome coupling and now I can no longer picture any two people that are more meant for each other than Ash and Misty. I started this profile in the fall of 02' and I steadily improved my writing skills since then (as evidenced if you read my very first fic, to my very latest one). Today, I remain a strong believer in all things pokeshipping and I am still awaiting the day when those two finally admit their feelings for one another and we can all breathe a HUGE sigh of relief. Until then, though, keep the AAML spirit alive and happy reading!

UPDATE: NOVEMBER 09, 2009

Once again, I cannot reiterate enough how sorry I am in my slow updates lately. Up until a few months ago, I was doing soooo well with updating anything once a month but, as you can all see, that's changed. I've once again started school and, though I'm only taking a few classes, there's definitely less time in the day for me to devote to writing. All excuses aside though, I just updated my next chapter to 'LUV' and I am so proud of it! Please do me a huge, huge favor and read it and tell me what you all think. I always love getting feedback, no matter how small, and I feel like my work is truly appreciated here.

On another note, I hope you all had a safe and happy Halloween and are prepping for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, New Year's or whatever else you all celebrate around this time of the year. Those stores are gonna be crazy, so be safe and shop smart people!

Yet another note...I really want to try and start a Christmas fic for this holiday season and hopefully can squeak that out before the joyous day is upon us. No promises, however, as I have no idea whatsoever I want to write about haha! I've been feeling somewhat reminiscent lately, though, and have been listening to my old N'Sync and 98 degrees Christmas CDs and can I just tell you how much I love their music? I'm thinking of creating a fic surrounding the 98 degrees Christmas song 'This Gift.' Check it out! It's amazing!

Also, I've made a few minor changes to my cast of characters concerning my Twlight/Pokemon crossover fic. Thanks to FTEcho 4 for some advice concerning the cast! This is still not a permanent list and is subject to change!

Love's Ultimate Virtue (sequel to Through Darkness Shines Love): Ash, Misty and their friends have been living in peace for nearly 12 years, the events of the past firmly behind them. However, a new threat presents itself that sends their serene lives into an uproar. With their childrens' lives on the line, can Ash and Misty find the courage to face an even greater evil than they once anticipated?

Aura of the Past (Inuyasha fic): Have had a bit of trouble with this one. Might abandon it until something good comes to me...but until then, I think I'm just going to focus on my AAML fics...unless you guys have ideas for this one. I'd love to hear them!

Where the Heart Is: I have been asked by some of you to make a sequel of this, but I'm still not sure. I would greatly appreciate any input you all may have.

School Days: What happens when the new kid in school crosses paths with the most popular girl in school and her ex?

The Fight for Love: A new evil has arisen for Ash and his friends, but when the time comes, will Ash summon the courage to tell Misty what he truley feels about her...before its too late?

Lost Love: Sequel to 'The Fight For Love' Two years after the battle between Ash and Aki, evil has returned and Misty comes to the startling revelation that she could lose much more than just a battle...it could also mean the end of the 'chosen one'...forever.

Through Darkness Shines Love: Sequel to Lost Love. Misty finds life difficult without Ash, but strives to continue her life of secrecy. However, a young man comes into the picture that makes Misty wonder about Ash and the accident. Who is this young man & can she fend off evil alone?

Dangerous Love: When Misty's past is revealed, how will Ash help her to forget about it and move on?

Deadly Love: Sequel to Dangerous Love Misty is once again in danger, but this time around, Ash is too absorbed in his training to notice the risks he has put her into. Will this new threat finally get the two to admit their feelings, or will it be too late?

Guardian Angel: Misty wasn't supposed to fall in love with Ash, & Ash wasn't supposed to fall in love with Misty, but when the time comes, will Ash be able to let Misty go?

Christmas Miracles: Christmas time is supposed to be full of love and joy, right? Well, maybe not in Misty's POV. Christmas marks the day that stays a mystery in her past. What happened to her all those years ago and how will Ash help to uncover the mystery?

Because You Loved Me: Oneshot based on the song by Celine Dion. Misty is a worldrenowned singer, water pokemon master, single mother of two, and battling the greatest tragedy of her life. How will she cope?

How to Deal: Several years have passed since Ash chose his beloved Pokemon Master title over Misty's love. Now, he regrets ever leaving her and wishes that their love could be rekindled. When the time comes, will Ash choose the path towards love or leisure?

Never Again: After a heart shattering break up, will Ash discover that his true love is closer than he thinks?

The Meaning of Christmas: It's Christmas time and poor Ash is stuck at the Indigo Plateau without his friends and family. However Misty has a plan to bring Christmas to Ash and show him the true meaning of Christmas.

Pokemon Master: Just an extremely short fic about how Ash will probably feel once he becomes the pokemon master. I wrote this a long time ago so please excuse the bad grammar.

The Painter: Ash has told Misty that he wants to pursue a career in singing and she can do nothing but let him go, even though their love is just beginning to blossom. Two years after their last meeting, will Misty have the courage to tell Ash the truth?

Next to You: Misty is up late thinking about her feelings about a certain pokemon trainer and how love can sometimes be the most complicated and yet greatest experience of one's life.

This is My Now: Misty's up against the Pokemon Master for her beloved Water Pokemon Master title, but will the match she has painstakingly trained for end in failure or success?

Almost Lost: How will a fatal train wreck get Ash to realize what's truly important in life and ignore his insecurities about popping the all important question to an unsuspecting Misty?

Tricked?: Halloween Fic! Misty and Brock attend the trendiest Halloween party in Pallet Town, but when a mysterious masked man sweeps Misty off of her feet, will she inevitably allow herself to be tricked by his charms?

All I Want is You: Christmas fic! When Team Rocket's newest scheme to steal pokemon actually results in a success, Brock and Misty are caught right in the middle of it! How will Ash save them and learn that sometimes Christmas can produce little miracles that he could have never thought possible.

12 Roses: 12 Roses...with each rose coming individually the eleven days before Valentine's. Each rose has its own little note attached, making Misty wonder about the sender and how he seems to know so much about her. What will she discover on the 12th day and how will it make her outlook on Valentine's Day change forever?

One Last Time: (Wrote to honor Maddie Blaustein's memory) Former Team Rocket members, Jessie and James, are gathered to remember a dear, old friend and the times they shared together.

Ten Drabbles for Ten Songs: Ten AAML based drabbles focused around ten shuffled songs from my iPod. (iPod Challenge)

You're So Amazing: A mother recounts her son's life up until the day of his marriage and realizes just what an amazing young man he has become.

Future Works:

Stalking the Present (Note: title may change): Sequel to 'School Days.' As Ash and Misty finish up their last year at Pokemon Tech, a strange student takes a peculiar liking to Misty. This obsession drives the student to the brink of insanity and, also, involves the return of a previous student.

Guarding a Secret (Note: title may change): Sequel to 'Guardian Angel.' Upon seeing Misty's supernatural powers, Butch and Cassidy kidnap her and Ash in an attempt to run tests to unveil her secrets. Will they escape? (Sorry for the crappy summary)

Open Your Eyes: One shot based on the song by Nick Lachey. Anthony, Misty's boyfriend of 3 years, proposes, leaving Ash stunned and heart-broken. Will he be able to show Misty Anthony's true colors before it's too late? (listen to the song to see more of what this is going to be about)

Love Story: (very loosely based on Taylor Swift's song of the same name) Misty is the princess and daughter to the most powerful king and queen in all the region. She finds life within the castle walls difficult and, to make matters worse, must find a suitable husband to take over as future king. Ash, a lowly servant of the royal family, peaks her interest and shows her that there is more to life than what she could have ever experienced before.

Hate That I Love You: One-shot based on the song of the same name by Rhianna and Ne-Yo. Ash and Misty are singing sensations but soon find themselves getting into a senseless argument. Will the song they wrote together help to end the argument or push them further apart?

Taking Chances: Misty is a physical therapist specializing in treatments for pokemon. Ash Ketchum is the newest and youngest pokemon master in the world and seeks Misty out to treat his injured pokemon. Will they each get more than they bargained for or will love at first sight come between them?

Realize: Misty's sitting at home, alone in the gym, wondering when that dense, sweet, stubborn, caring, stuck-up, cute, wanna-be raven haired pokemon trainer will finally realize her feelings for him.

Sequel to 'Love's Ultimate Virtue' (currently unnamed): I am not going to put up the summary until I am finished with 'LUV' as I don't want to give anything away. Be assured though that there are plenty of thoughts swirling about in my mind as to how I want to write this one. As of now, this will most definitely close out this series. From 'The Fight for Love,' 'Lost Love,' 'Through Darkness Shines Love,' and 'Love's Ultimate Virtue,' just wanted to say a quick thanks for all the support, as this was the first series of fics I have ever written and the ideas that encouraged me to become a pokeshipper for life. I am actually thinking of re-writing 'The Fight for Love' as it is too abstract and has terrible grammar for my liking, but this probably won't happen for a while.

Unnamed spy fic: So, I was watching 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' the other day and was inspired to write some cool, spy fic that has a little bit of everything for everyone! It was kind of going to be the same idea as the movie, but with a little bit of a twist. Instead of there only being 2 organizations, there are 3 and they all have a rivalry with one another. Their 3 top spies go against each other in an all out battle to achieve all of the legendary pokemon. There will be death, romance, deceit, mild sexual scenes, violence, and action!

Third Wheel/Three's a Crowd: Okay, so what would typically be so unlike my normal style of writing, I've decided to write a BASR fic. What, might you ask, is BASR? Well, to put it quite simply, the love between Brock and Sabrina (yes, the same Sabrina of the Saffron City gym). Weird? Perhaps...but authoress extraordinaire Virgo Writer has wooed me with this odd coupling and has truly inspired me to write something about them. I mean, Brock DOES deserve a little loving too, right? And here we go...I have not yet decided what I want to call it, but you can get the idea of where I will probably go with it. Brock is tired of being the so called 'third wheel' to his best friends who have been dating for a few years and finally snaps. So, Ash , in a brave (or stupid) move, pushes Misty to convince him to date, just so that he doesn't feel left out when they go out on their little excursions. What ensues? Well, lots of craziness on Brock's part as Misty (unsuccessfully) sets him up with multiple people until (finally) the right gal comes along and (literally) sweeps Brock off his feet. Some AAML (cause you know I can't write anything without it) and DAML (cause I've wanted to write something contestshippy for quite some time and this would be a good stepping stone in the right direction). So, hopefully, this will contain a little bit of everything for everyone!

Amazing: Based on the song by Janelle - Okay, so I am not entirely sure of the plot, but I was thinking of tragic/sad as the genre. I was going to have Misty die in some tragic sort of way and, as a result, Ash stops 'living' his life (i.e. pokemon training, life of solitude, etc.). So, Ash 'visits' Misty at her grave as he always does and is pleasantly surprised to find her there...well, it's not really her, more like her spirit (like an angel) and she then reprimands him about his living style and how he has lost his lust for life. After some words from Misty, Ash realizes what he has done to himself and his family and sets off to do what she has asked. My original thought was to have this purely in Misty's (first person) POV, which I rarely do cause...well, I really don't know why I don't do it more often. But, I actually might have shifting points of view between the two of them. But, I'll have to dwell on this a bit more before I come to a final conclusion...

So, that's all of the stories I have concocted for now. As you can see, I have my work cut out for me! If I think up any more, I will be sure to post it up. Well, anyway, thanks for the reviews guys. AAML for life!
