I'm Kat Valentine (or so I'm always called). No one refers to me by my real name anymore, and I don't think anyone wants to. I don't want to be known by it. I thought, in spirit of that, this needed a good revamping. I've grown considerably since last I write this bio. I'm a vicious musical fanatic, being that I live in New York City and I see everything I can. Kristin Chenoweth is the sole Goddess I worship. My favorite musical has to be Wicked, but The Last Five Years and Young Frankenstein, as of late, are close seconds. My first soundtrack was A Chorus Line and it'll always hold a special place in my heart. I read often, my favorite writer whom I both idolize and admire being Stephen King. Virginia Woolf is fast gaining on that fact. My favorite book is The Hours by Michael Cunningham, but Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf inspires me beyond belief. I love all things theater, that includes opera. I watch a ton of movies, and I don't think anyone could play Guitar Hero as much as I do. Proud player of expert mode, too. I love all kinds of music, from metal to showtunes, but metal and showtunes are my two complete favorites. I love foreign metal, my favorite band is Nightwish and I plan to see them repeatedly in concert. American metal is decent...ugh, Metallica, I love them, but recently, I don't. Iron Maiden, though, that's my adoration. I'll be going to college as a Psychology major, and at present I plan to dual major in creative writing as well. I've had a storyline planned since I was seven, and I've finally finished it. ...Now to write it down. I love to write. A lot. I do so fervently. It's my life.
