Author has written 5 stories for Digimon.

July 31, 2005

It's been years...I'm amazed at the progress fanfiction.net has had. I remember the site when I first found it...it had none of these fancy features -_- but it's a good thing - I hope this site will continue to teach and inspire many others for many years to come - as it did me.

I'm still a writer, always will be, but my stories are no longer of an anime genre. They fit into the qualifications at fictionpress, but I doubt I'll be posting them. I just write to keep myself happy =) Someday, I might write anime once again, but by then, I shall start over in a new account, with a fresh, blank page. As a fellow authoress put it - I feel so old here.

It shocks me that my deep, personal attatchment to anime has faded so much. I will always be a fan of it yes, and I will always love it, but it doesn't have the same...feeling as it once did. I went back and visited some of my favorite authors, the ones who had hundreds of reviews, the ones that started the writer in me, only to find that many of them are no longer here. And I went and reread their stories - I can see why I loved them and why I used to dream about them - but since my knowledge and passion for the characters and show itself has faded, they don't evoke the same response as before. I'm almost afraid to read them over once again now - afraid to destory the golden memory I have of them. Perhaps I won't.

Once in a while, I'll still come back to this site, read a few stories, and smile to myself, but I no longer review. I leave my stories up not because they're well written, they're really not in my honest opinion as a writer, not being humble, but as a memory of what I once had here. I don't expect anymore reviews, and to be honest, I really don't desire or deserve them. However, I hold my old principle, if you review me, I will repay the honor.

Thank you to all of my readers, reviewers, and friends. And to ff.net itself. I wish nothing but the best to all of you. You can honestly learn so much here.
