I've honestly tried to get my creative juices flowing to write...or revise...or rewrite...whatever comes out screams MELODRAMATIC CRAP. So! Hamilton's writing but has the same sort of engrossing characters. Her writing's easy too! A wonderful read. Sharon Shinn's Archangel trilogy - beautiful voices, beautiful people, beautiful wings.
