Author has written 6 stories for Lord of the Rings.

In my profile you'll find only Lord of the Rings fic, as that's all I'm working on these days.

I'll admit to being drawn into the Tolkien world by the movies, and I have Peter Jackson to thank for introducing me to such an incredible world. But while the movies captured my imagination, the books have captured my heart.

I must thank Thundera Tiger for providing the nudges, prods, and resulting beta work above and beyond what one should expect; her encouragement brought me to the point where posting a story was not so terrifying and where writing the stories in my head have become nearly mandatory. In most stories, you're likely to see a concentration on bookverse, with a smattering or nod to movieverse. My imagination is most often sparked by the friendships between Legolas and Gimli or Legolas and Aragorn, though Sam and Frodo often do the trick too, as do the Fellowship as a whole. But let's see where these characters take me, shall we?

I would like to add a special thanks to any anonymous reviewers. Your comments are greatly appreciated, but if you post anonymously, I cannot send you an email to tell you so. Any way you'd like to comment is wonderful, and since I cannot tell you otherwise, here it is: thank you!

My latest story is complete: With Hope and Without Hope. Never thought I'd see the end of that one. It has quite a bit more action than my previous stories. I hope you enjoy!

To answer the inevitable question: Yes, I have begun a new story. This one is a mystery, of sorts, set in the Fourth Age in Minas Tirith. Most of a first draft has been written, but it will still be some time before anything is posted. It's been further delayed by an original story that I've begun writing (yes, I know, does you no good). I just completed Nanowrimo (nanowrimo.org) last month - yes, I wrote 50k words in a month. I can't believe it either. But at least I got that first draft out of my system. I will now return to the new LotR story to finish the first draft and begin revisions. I do not post until my story is nearly complete, so this will take a while. I will try keep my profile up to date with story status!

FIRST PLACE 2008 MEFA Awards! One different decision - run through that second night of the chase after the Orcs rather than rest - and everything changes. Well, not everything. The three are merely captured by the Orcs, too. Huge thanks to Thundera Tiger
