About me:

I'm 26 years old and I live on the California coast. I live in a fairly small town, where everyone knows just about everyone so writing about places like Forks is easy for me! I've been with the same wonderful man for five years and help take care of his (only his, not mine!) seven year old and man, is this kid a handful! But its good practice because I'm studying to be a preschool teacher!

I've always been a heavy reader with the bad habit of reading the same things over and over (Twilight and Harry Potter being my two faves!) and it wasn't until the past three years that I started reading Fanfiction. I didn't know what I was missing! The fics I've read so far are amaaaaazing!!

Story behind With You In My Head:

Thanks to the encouragement one of my bestest friends, With You In My Head is my first ever fanfiction! It started out as a random story based on a dream I had but when I mentioned it to my friend, she got real excited and told me a FF would be perfect... And its turning out great! I've never let anyone read my writing before (though I LOVE writing) so now when I get new readers that follow my stuff, I can't help but squee like a little girl!

Though I was determined to finish With You In My Head before publishing my next FF, I just can't hold back! I have another one I've been working on and I want...no NEED to share it! I plan to really work on my updating skills and I am going to finish WYIMH! I promise you that...But for now, I would consider it on hiatus. I am so sorry about that but it will get finished.

There isn't a real story behind My Blue Heaven. Everything just kind of appeared, including the different chapter names. They are all song titles, My Blue Heaven being one of my favorites by Taking Back Sunday. I'm a very musical person (I've been playing an instrument since I was 7!) and there are many songs that just speak to me. I hope I choose the right songs that can help portray what the story and my characters are feeling. I feel very close to my badass Bella--she's the tough chick that I sometimes wish I could be! Please don't forget to review so that I know that you love her--and my soft, sweet Edward--too!

If you are following along with My Blue Heaven, you will already know that my updates have slowed a bit. This is not another story being put on hiatus. I started working full time at a preschool and as of this weekend, I left there for a part time job at a daycare/preschool that I feel will be a much better fit for me. I should have more time to write now so keep an eye out! Time management has always been an issue for me (especially when the plot bunnies keep hopping in and out of my head!) but I'm trying my best. So please keep me on alert! That is, if I'm not already there... Which I should be! ;)

Wow, I haven't updated in forever--my profile AND my first two stories. Honestly, I met a mental block with both MBH and WYIMH but every once in a while, an idea pops in and I add to the stories. I have about half of the next chapter of MBH written but I've been distracted by sooooo much. I've started many new stories, most of which I know will never see the light of day, but I few I'm very into. My newest one, Between Coffee & Beer is going strong and nearly finished. I tried and I believe succeeded in making it a very funny and fun story so check it out if you haven't yet. Now, if you're still reading all this, thank you for putting up with me. If you skipped ahead to what you found most interesting, then I don't blame you!

As many of you may have heard, Oklahoma was just basically destroyed (well, part of it) with devastating tornados so I'm going to be taking part in a group called Fandom4Oklahoma. I have a one-shot that has been finished for a while that I'm going to be donating, as well as another that I just started and should be finished soon.
