And consequently I am retiring from fan fiction and never touching the stuff again. It's been fun. It's been six years of agonizing fun, and I suppose I'll be getting on with my life now. I sort-of went back and edited the rest of "Eyes" before I finished writing the Epilogue, so I'm part of the way through re-uploading the chapters. (I stopped at Chapter 10. I got bored.) However, I've taken off all the Author's Notes to these chapters except the first chapter (which has an entirely new Author's Note), and now I realize that this was kind of a mistake because it means the little thank-you blurbs at the end are all missing, and...I like the thank-you blurbs. So I'm going to try to think of a way to salvage the ones I've already deleted before I make things worse. Anyway...hopefully I'll get that all done within a week, and then I'm REALLY going to be done with fan fiction. I promise. I have other stuff I could be writing, you know. Yep. Uh-huh. It's true.
