Take a moment and imagine yourself in a field. A cool breeze wisking past you, reverberating through each strand of grass, strikingly green despite days of sun that dried out the earth beneath your feet. The length of the plain blurs into a grainless blue sky, spotted only by pale clouds. You close your eyes, draw in that cool air into each far reach of your body, of soul. It fills you. Completes you. Warmth falls over you like April showers, the suns rays seeping deep into each crevious of your being. You're no longer in a feild, you're floating. Higher, but not too high, you feel the ground, you're not falling, but you're floating. Somewhere above everything you are existing in a state of bodylessness. Draw in another breath, deeper, slower, let the air push into your stomach, push against your ribs, and then slowly let it out. Let all of your worries, all of your distrust, your mismanners and stresses pass with this breath. Now you are no longer tied to this world, a world of material, a world of thought, you now exist as a human, as a being beyond the troubles that the world implants. You are you, nothing more than this exists. Open your eyes and exist, live, survive, and best of all, be.
