The Fallen Angle (Yami/Yugi)

“That should do it” Yugi said

Yugi was looking after a fallen angel until it’s wing got better. The angel looked exactly the same as Yugi but taller and had blond streaks in his hair. The fallen angle had jet black wings coming out from its back and was curled up asleep on the ground where it landed in. Yugi was able to do the best he could without getting the angel seen by another mortal such as himself. Yugi had been careful not to wake him up but was still couscous about letting he know to the fallen angle. A breeze picked up and the angle started to wake. He spread out his wings before taking flight but then looked behind him.

“What are you doing?” the Angle asked

“Your wing still needs to recover” Yugi said

“My wing is fine. I need to return home” the angle said looking up at the sky

“At least tell me your name” Yugi told the angle

“Yami” He replied

Yami discovers Chicken (Yami/Yugi)

“Yami you have to have something” Yugi called to his friend

“Well what are you going to make me try?” Yami asked

“How about Chicken?” yugi’s grandpa said as he came in the room.

“chicken?” Yami asked in confusion.

“Chicken is a type of meat. Personally I think its the best meat around. Chickens are often used to lay eggs before they get stripped from their feathers and then used as meat for us to enjoy” Yugi said half in a dream state before looking at his partner and being brought back to reality.

“I’ll cook some for you to try Yami” Grandpa said to both of them as he walked into the kitchen and started cooking the meal.

“You will love it Yami” Yugi reassured him. Yami smiled knowing that he could trust Yugi with his life.

Will you look after me? (Serenity/Yami)

Yugi: Serenity since me and Joey are going on a school trip can you do me a favour and take Yami in?

Serenity: I don’t mind I could do with some company anyway.

Yugi: Thanks Serenity. Do you want a list?

Serenity: No thanks. I want to discover him by myself (sweet smile)

Yugi: At least let me give you my phone number if you need me (gets phone out)

Serenity: ok (Yugi gives Serenity his phone number)

Yugi: I’ll walk Joey to school and drop off Yami off with you ok?

Serenity: no problem Yugi.

Yugi: ok

Experiment 888 (Yami/Yugi)

“Kimo what is that?” Kaiba asked his worker standing next to him.

“That sir is what has been created” Kimo told Kaiba

“Yeah well what can it do?” Kaiba asked

“It is said to be the ultimate life form” Kimo said to Kaiba before showing him what it could do.

“It just wiped out 50 men in one go?” Kaiba asked

“Yes” Kimo told Kaiba

“I’ll take him and keep him safe so no one can get to him and take him for world domination” Kaiba said. Little did he know that Yami Bakura was listening to him.

The Shadow Beast (Yami/Yugi *possibl*)

“Until I get my hands on Shadow I’m going to have to wait” A creature said at the dead of night. Its glowing yellow eyes were scanning the area before finding its target. “Well Shadow looks like I know where you are” the creature said before raising its half destroyed wings and taking flight.

The Angel of Light (Yugi)

My dreames are always the same. I laugh, I play, I look for my friend same old same old. This dream was different it was if something was trying to tell me something. I looked around to see myself covered in light. The eyes were golden and looked as if they were shining and I covered my eyes as he was so bright. He turned down his light I would say so and I felt like I was looking into a mirror.

“Yugi we finally meet” My reflection said to me. I gave a step back and he made a step forward.

“Who are you?” I asked as he smiled at me.

“I’m the angle of light. Your friend has the angle of Darkness inside of him” The Angle of Light said.

“The Angle of Darkness?” I asked.

Slifer is protective (Slifer/Yami)

I noticed that I have a connection with the Egyptian Gods but I never expected that Slifer could be really protective over me? I share the connection with every duel monster in my deck especially with Kuriboh, Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl and Slifer the sky Dragon. I noticed that whenever I summoned Slifer I felt he was looking right at me. Strange right? Even in my dreams Slifer’s there watching over me as I shared my dreams with my partner Yugi Muto. I liked the fact that we were connected like that but I sometimes wonder if he would be happier if we did not share our dreams.

Yin Yang (Yami/Yugi)

“Yang can you sense something?” Yin asked Yang. Yin was a short person with tri coloured hair with huge cute purple eyes. His white shirt and trousers had no dirt on them what so ever. Yang on the other hand looked a lot like Yin but with blond streaks in his hair but wearing black. They looked like each other but you could clearly tell which one was which. Yin and Yang both had the Yin-Yang symbol on their right hand and a golden upside down pyramid hanging off either a white chain or a black chain.

“I feel the presence of the humans here that’s all.” Yang said as he turned to look at Yin.

“I think we better go on with Yugi and Yami” Yin said with Yang nodding in agreement. They were both sitting on top of the tallest building in the town of Domino city.

“So...since Yang is evil I’ll be called Yami. Since Yami means Darkness. You will have to be called Yugi then.” Yami said smiling at his partner. Yin nodded at his new name.

“Yeah we are going to have to act human don’t we until we find what we need right?” Yugi asked Yami. He nodded before they both looked at the sun before leaving the roof of the building.

I need my partner (Yugi/Yami)

“Oh...my...gosh” A long brown haired girl said as she saw a young boy lying on the ground. The girl had chocolate brown eyes and had a sweet voice. She picked up the boy in her hands before checking if he has a fever. The boy did not have a fever but he was in a terrible condition but she started to take him home with her hoping that her brother Joey would not have a go at her. The girl was called Serenity and she was known for being friendly and caring for anyone who needs it.

“Y...A...M...I” the boy said in her arms. She found a golden upside down pyramid with a long steel chain keeping the pyramid around his neck. Serenity looked at the boy again before removing the pyramid from him.

“I need...to find...Yami” The boy said in his sleep. For a boy he was not heavy. Serenity reached her destination.

You don’t understand. You’re mine – Yami/Dartz

“Yami no matter how many times you escape from your room you will always end up back here” Darts said after capturing Yami for the 50th time.

“When will you learn that the Seal has no power over me while I still have something to fight for” Yami said before giving out a sigh. “Well...that’s until he killed Yugi”

Dartz smiled at this knowing that having the pharaoh under his control would be a good thing. Yami was one of the most loyal people here and was willing to sacrifice himself to keep everyone he cared for protected. The only problem was...breaking him won’t be easy.

“Yes now why don’t you listen to me as I’m here to keep your company” Dartz said trying to influence Yami to join him.

“I...I...I don’t...fine. You win” Yami gave up letting himself down. Dartz smiled.

“You will always be mine.”

Darkness takes over – Yami/ Yami Bakura

“It’s about bloody time you figured out who you really are” Yami Bakura told Yami as he wandered down an alleyway where he was standing. Yami’s aura was stronger than before as darkness had settled in him. Yami was now stronger then Yami Bakura but he never let Yami know that. Yami Bakura and Yami had settled their differences and left the world of light.

“Bakura there is something I need to know” Yami told Bakura as he stopped in front of him. Yami Bakura looked at him.

“Yes?”

“Why did you never tell me this before?” Yami asked

“You never let me show you what you truly were before you’re attitude changed.” Yami Bakura told Yami.

Shadow Magic (Harry Potter and Yu-Gi-Oh Crossover)

“Sirius I need your help!” Harry called as he came into the Order of the Phoenix Headquarters carrying a boy.

“Harry what happened?” Sirius asked Harry.

“I found him unconscious and I thought of bringing him here because it’s safe here” Harry told Sirius as he placed the boy on the sofa. Sirius called everyone into the meeting room and Harry followed. Harry sat next to Sirius as everyone came to attention.

“We have a slight problem. Harry has brought home an unconscious child and we can’t use magic until we know who he is” Sirius told the group and they all nodded. Looking after the new boy would be a good idea until he gets better.

Somewhere else

“What have you done with my partner” Yami questioned quietly before getting pushed at the back and fell on the floor. Yami looked up at the Death Eater before someone grabbed the Millennium puzzle hanging around his neck. Yami looked at the person before going to bite them.

“Well we have a feisty boy” A Death Eater said as they dropped the Millennium puzzle and it landed back where it was in Yami’s comfort zone.

“WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY PARTNER?!” Yami roared before the shadow realm started to find its way out from the Millennium Puzzle and into the world. Yami looked around to see he was in the shadow realm. That never happened before.

How To Train Your Yami

Yugi Muto, Marik Istar, Seto Kaiba and Ryo Bakura capture duple gangers with dark intensions. Yami, Melvin, Seth and Bakura are their duple gangers. The question is now...How do you train someone who is your complete opposite?

The Shadow Collector Yugi/Yami

Yami and Yugi have just come back from destroying the Seal of Orichalcos and freeing Dartz. After letting the seal unlock Yami’s demons of darkness in him it has attracted a Shadow Collector. Many collectors have lost their sanity but this time the collector is completely sane and knows what they are going to do. The Shadow Collector reached the town of Domino city ready to catch their prey. Little does Yami know that he’s releasing a shadow pulse ready for the Shadow Collector to pick up and track down.

Original Nature Yugi/Yami

“Yugi there is something I must warn you with” Ishizu warned Yugi. Yugi turned to look at her before Ishizu closed her eyes.

“If it affects my friends please tell me” Yugi told Ishizu. She smiled at Yugi knowing that he would do anything to keep his friends safe just like Yami would.

“We both know that you and Yami have gone through a lot together. My brother has been telling me that Yami Marik has gone back to his original ways. I was wondering if Yami was acting out of character for you?” Ishizu asked Yugi. Yugi looked at Ishizu before thinking what Yami’s latest actions were.

The Ancient Lullaby - Yugi/Yami

“Hey Ishizue. What’s this?” Marik asked his sister who was reading a book. She looked up at her brother.

“What is it Marik?” She asked Marik calmly. Marik was reading something on the giant rock in the Museum in Domino City. Ishizu walked over to what her brother was reading. There were hieroglyphics telling them that there was an ancient lullaby that will only affect the pharaoh.

“Does this mean that there is a way to get Yami to sleep at anytime? Won’t that make him vulnerable?” Marik asked Ishizu before looking at her. Ishizu nodded.

“This is the possible only way to capture the pharaoh without him putting up a fight.” She told Marik.

“Then we better tell Yugi and the pharaoh about it. Hopefully they have not come across it.” Marik told Ishizu.

“You go and do that while I find out what it sounds like.” She told his little brother before Marik ran off.

Night at Domino Museum - Seto Kaiba/Yami

The sun left the sky and the night came. The stone tablet describing the origin of duel monsters started to glow and not before long a tall, young man with tri coloured hair, crimson eyes and pale skin started to emerge from the stone tablet. The young man wore what a simple person would wear. A black t-shirt with a pair of black leather pants with black shoes to go with it. The young man landed gracefully on the floor on his two feet.

“I summon the spirit world into this building as we ride by night and sleep by day” The boy cried out catching the attention of the night guard Seto Kaiba.

The Shadow Prince - Seto Kaiba/Yami

“Hey are you ok?” Kaiba asked in a concerned voice. He was kneeling in front of a boy who looked as though he washed up on the beach. The boy looked at Kaiba before he blinked in confusion.

“Where am I?” The boy asked Kaiba before Kaiba looked a little puzzled.

“You’re lying on the beach of Domino City” Kaiba told the boy.

“Domino City?” The boy asked confused before noticing the there were bits of wood drifting onto the beach.

“Yeah Domino city” Kaiba said again.

“I’m free” The boy said before drifting off in Kaiba’s arms. Kaiba looked down at the boy before picking him up.

The Dark Hearted Butler - Yugi/Yami

“Excuse me Mr. Muto but it’s time for breakfast” The butler spoke as he opened the curtains and tied them back. Yugi looked up at his butler before rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

“Thanks Yami” Yugi told his butler.

“Your play partners are waiting for you downstairs master” The butler told Yugi as the sun was reflecting off his crimson eyes in a dangerous way.

“Yami.” Yugi started making Yami turn around.

“Yes?” Yami asked Yugi.

“I want you to leave while I get changed. You can sort out the bedroom later” Yugi told Yami. Yami smiled and nodded.

“If you wish master” Yami said to Yugi before bowing to him before he started to leave the room. Yugi looked at Yami before throwing a orange at him. Yami caught it without turning around.

“You are going to have to do better than that master Yugi if you have hope of beating me” Yami told Yugi before smiling and leaving the room.

“Who are you?” Yugi asked Yami.

“I’m your faithful butler” Yami said before closing the door.

A Yamis Mission

“Would you three come here!” A voice called through the shadow realm. A young boy with tri coloured hair walked into the meeting room. The young boy had crimson eyes and pale skin walked into the room before sitting down at the large marble black table. The chairs were metallic and cold. Another boy walked into the room but his hair was blond and shot up in spikes on top of his head. He had dark skin and dark blue eyes before he was followed with a boy with white hair and brown eyes. Both of them sat down on chairs opposite the first boy before they all smiled.

“The Shadow trio are here” The boy with white hair called out in the room.

“Excellent” A cold voice rang through the room. The three boys flinched at the voice before a tall man with crimson eyes entered the room. All three boys stood up and bowed at the man before everyone took a seat.

“Yami, Bakura and Malik I want you three to get into the world below and plunge the world into darkness. Will you three do that?” The boss told the three of them.

“We will not let you down leader. We will do the shadow realm proud” Bakura told their leader before they all left the room.

“This is going to be fun” Yami smiled at both Malik and Bakura. All three of them started laughing before they separated to get themselves prepare for their next mission.

Dragon Tamer Joey - Joey/Yami

“I love old buildings” A boy called Joey said to himself as he entered a abandoned building. Joey had blond hair, brown eyes and was quiet tall. Joey was admiring the scratch marks that were left on the walls, floor and ceiling. Joey had the feeling that whatever had caused the scratches was still hear since people said that they could hear roaring coming from this building. Joey was carrying a bag with some meat in and string along with a net to capture what was causing the noise. Joey set up the trap in the living room before he started to explore the rest of this house. A few minutes later a loud crash came from the living room catching Joey’s attention. Joey ran into the living room to find that a medium sized black dragon was caught in his net. Joey noticed that the dragon had not noticed him but had the Eye of Horus on its head. It’s black wings were caught up in string preventing the dragon from escaping and the large net that was over the dragon. The dragon was happily eating the meat that Joey had brought. It’s black scales had golden streaks running down its side, 3 streaks on each side all joining back up to its crimson eyes. It’s tail had pure white spikes coming out of its tail and also spikes out of its back. Joey edged closer to the dragon before it finally realised that Joey was there with it. The dragon looked at Joey curiously wondering what Joey was going to do.

Dragged in: The House Of The Dead – Bakura/Yami

“Bakura that’s the last time I’m playing a video game with you” Yami told Bakura as he picked himself off the ground. Bakura growled at Yami before picking himself up before noticing that Yami had a pocket that contained a gun in.

“You have a gun? What the hell made you carry a gun?” Bakura asked Yami calmly before Yami drew the gun.

“I don’t even know how to use it...Bakura but I always expected you to carry one” Yami told Bakura who drew his gun before pointing it at Yami. Yami took a step back before they both heard screaming.

“You can kill me later Bakura. I’m going to find out who screamed” Yami said before he ran off as Bakura followed him.

You Can Trust Me – Kaiba/Yami

“That’s the 18th time I have been beaten up” Yugi told himself while trying to get the blood out of his eyes. Yugi was sitting in an alleyway where no one could see him before he finally got enough blood out of his eyes so that he could see again. Yugi got up and walked to a nearby puddle before noticing his eyes were blood red after the blood got into his eyes. Yugi noticed that he also had three blond streaks pointing upwards in his hair before he smiled. He could change his identity if he wanted to. Before his eyes were purple and he had no blond streaks in his hair but now he could change. This time a kid who won’t trust anyone and stay alone.

“From now on I’m Yami and I stand alone. I don’t need anyone” Yami said with a smile on his face.

Human Power Source – Yami/Kaiba

“Cleaning the deck with a bad mop...fun” Kaiba said as he pushed the mop up and down on the floor before mopping around in a circle cleaning the floor. His thoughts went back to the kitchen meeting someone who was beating himself up because he believed he was a failure. The way the crew kept putting stuff on him and he’s doing everything. He’s the power source and the crew are heavily relying on him. Kaiba mopped the floor before he looked up at the stars. He was the only crew member still awake since the deck needed swabbing.

“Enjoying the stars are we Kaiba?” Kaiba heard a voice say before he turned around to see Yami looking at him. Kaiba smiled since this would be the first time that he would see Yami outside the kitchen.

“What are you doing outside the kitchen?” Kaiba asked and Yami sighed.

“Everyone’s asleep so I come out just to watch the stars. I can’t be hammered down for anything since the crew won’t know” Yami told Kaiba who smiled.

“You’re only free will is at night?” Kaiba asked Yami who nodded.

“Being the power source of the ship you get put down for anything that goes wrong” Yami told Kaiba.

“Were you born the same time the ship was born?” Kaiba asked.

“Kind of...” Yami started before Kaiba put the mop in the bucket. “You could say I was a figment of a person’s imagination that came into life” Yami told Kaiba and smiled.

The Secret Guardian

Joey followed the boy with tri coloured hair down an alleyway which slowly turned into a forest with the trees becoming thicker the more Joey walked down the corridor. Joey ran out from the trees to find himself in an open field and the sound of a river could be heard. The grass was swaying in the wind that blew Joey’s hair along with the wildlife in the area. From Domino City to a field Joey was pretty impressed before he noticed the tri coloured boy with his eyes full of innocence enjoying himself on the swing made from wood. Joey slowly walked towards the boy before he smiled and jumped off the swing and ran over to see Joey.

“You know a nice place kid” Joey commented on the place before a large bird came and swooped down to take a fish out the river nearby.

“Thanks Joey” the kid smiled at Joey. Joey looked at the kid a little freaked out since he never told his name to the kid.

“How do you know my name?” Joey asked the boy who started laughing.

“I’m Yugi” Yugi held out his hand for Joey to shake before Joey felt the area getting darker. Joey shivered before Yugi sighed.

Joey felt a strong gust of wind hit him right in the face before he felt something push him over and Joey fell flat on his face. Yugi went over to his side to help him back up on his feet before whatever attacked him before it wanted to attack again. Yugi stood in front of Joey as Joey noticed a pair of crimson eyes coming straight for him. It stopped in front of Yugi and turned into a person. He looked a lot like Yugi apart from the blond streaks in his hair and from the fact he was taller.

“Out of my way Yugi” The new boy said and Yugi shook his head.

“No”

“Out of my way and let me destroy him!” The older boy cried before his fingers turned to claws and his plain simple teeth turned to sharp teeth that looked like they could rip anything.

Orichalcos prisoner - Yami/Serenity

Dartz walked into a room where 3 young teenagers were playing together before they stopped and looked at what Dartz was holding. Dartz was holding a small baby boy with hair the shape of a starfish with blond streaks running through. The baby opened his eyes which showed off his crimson eyes.

“You are probably wondering why I have a kid in my arms. Valon I know you have the question.” Dartz said to a brown haired kid with brown eyes. Valon smiled and nodded.

“Yeah, why are you?” Valon asked with an Australian accent. Rafael was taller than Valon and looked more serious than him. Alister was round about the same height as Rafael but often quarrelled with Valon.

“This child is the prince of the kingdom. This child also houses powerful shadow magic and reacts different to the orichalcos.” Dartz told the three of them. Rafael and Alister watched Dartz before he placed the child in the cot. The star of the orichalcos was engraved on the cot. Dartz smiled before the three teenagers all left the room leaving Dartz and the child alone.

“Your name is Yami and your cousin Seto will never find you.” Dartz said before he left the room leave Yami asleep in the cot.

Don’t Push Yourself! – Kaiba/Yami

“Yami sit down on that sofa right there!” Kaiba yelled at Yami and pointed to the sofa in Kaiba’s office. Yami sighed and carefully sat down on the sofa. Yami knew what he did and looked at Kaiba. Kaiba held no sympathy with Yami from what’s happened. Yami took his shoes off and put his feet up on the sofa. Kaiba looked at Yami before he walked off.

“Maybe it’s something that you can’t change Kaiba. Why won’t you understand?” Yami said quietly. Yami closed his eyes and thought about what happened. Kaiba came back too soon for Yami and threw a file at him. The file landed on Yami and he looked at the object that has just landed on him. Yami took hold of the green file before he opened it up.

“I know you’re trying to help me Kaiba but I don’t need help” Yami told Kaiba calmly as he could. Both he and Kaiba were not in the best mood at the moment and Yami knew things could only get worse before they could get better.

“Yami you keep pushing yourself over the side of the cliff!” Kaiba yelled at Yami.

“I’m pushing myself over the side of the cliff?” Yami asked Kaiba.

“You keep pushing yourself to the limit so you keep on doing more then you need to!” Kaiba yelled at Yami.

“Enjoy breaking me then!” Yami roared at Kaiba. Kaiba smiled.

“Gladly!” Kaiba yelled at Yami.

The Secret Spirit – Kaiba/Yami

Kaiba placed a tray full of meat on the floor and waited. Something had been completing his work when he fell asleep doing it and always cleaned out the fridge out of meat. Kaiba had bought some fresh meat just for this target only. He may have only gotten the house a couple of days ago but the ghost was starting to get on his nerves. He had to refill the fridge every day so far and he was not going to do it again until he got rid of the ghost.

“Come on out little spectre” Kaiba said before he noticed a boy with tri coloured hair, crimson eyes and pale skin fly into the room. His devil like wings stopped moving and folded up as he landed on the floor. The boy had claws for hands before he turned them into human hands. Kaiba had never seen something like this happen before and kept watching as the boy licked his lips and sat down with his legs crossed and started to eat all the meat on the tray. Kaiba watched from a safe distance when the boy started to eat all the meat on the tray. Once the meat was finished he licked his fingers and lips and smiled. The boy’s wings stretched out and his hands turned back into claws and the boy took flight.

“That is a creature I would like to meet properly...I’ve never seen something like that before. He’ll be fantastic to study” Kaiba and as he left to go and find a book to put the information in.

If You Want to Live...Please the House? - Kaiba

“Have you heard about the rumours?” Yugi asked Kaiba.

“What rumours?” Kaiba asked Yugi. Yugi was Kaiba’s right hand man and Yugi was the best person for the job and proved Kaiba that he was loyal to anyone and not just friends.

“There are rumours that there is a house north of Domino city that kills people. Only one living survivor has managed to escape from that house alive” Yugi said and he knew that it attracted Kaiba’s attention.

“Only one survivor?” Kaiba asked Yugi and he nodded. Kaiba looked up at Yugi who was filling in Kaiba’s paperwork with a smile on his face. Kaiba wasn’t sure how Yugi kept a smile on his face while doing paper work...it was boring and it took ages.

“Serenity Wheeler. Joey’s sister. The only person who has escaped from that house alive. The words that she said was “If you want to escape from that house you have to please it” that’s what she said.” Yugi said. Kaiba stopped his work to find the location of the house on his computer. Kaiba smiled when he found the location. Yugi looked up at him.

“You’re not thinking of going...are you?” Yugi asked Kaiba.

“I’m heading off to the house once I question Serenity. That way I know I will please the house and escape alive.” Kaiba said but Yugi wasn’t convinced.

“Kaiba please don’t go there...I’m begging you” Yugi said but Kaiba ignored him.

“I’m going to find Serenity Wheeler and have a talk to her. I’ll see you tomorrow. You’ll be coming with me or you’re fired” Kaiba told Yugi. Yugi sighed since he knew that this was his fault.

“Kaiba. You’re going to have to fire me then. I’m not going to the place when I have my grandpa still living. I’m staying with him until the day he dies. Getting fired is fine with me” Yugi said before he left Kaiba alone in his office.

“What just happened?” Kaiba asked himself.

You’re Not Alone – Serenity/Yami

“What are you doing on the floor?” Serenity asked the stuff bunny rabbit that was sitting on the floor. Serenity went to pick up the bunny rabbit before she heard something in the room. Serenity turned around to find that whatever was in the room with her is was hiding under her bed, she was going to find out. Serenity slowly bent down and slowly lifted the bottom of the bed up to find a boy with tri coloured hair, crimson eyes, blond streaks in his star shaped hair. He looked quiet young round about the same age as her which was about 14 years old. The boy looked right at Serenity in fear before Serenity carefully put her hand under the bed. The boy looked at her hand before he crawled forward a bit before she moved her hand a little closer. The boy moved away from the hand before he knew it was safe again. The boy slowly moved towards the hand before Serenity started to stroke his face. Serenity carefully put her other arm under the bed and the boy moved closer to her before she could feel his bony structure as if he hasn’t eaten for months.

“You poor boy” Serenity said as she managed to get the boy out from under the bed. He was quiet tall but didn’t weigh much so he was easy to carry. He didn’t have a lot of muscle on him but he had a jet black collar on with the eye of Horus on. Serenity noticed the collar and looked at it before she found a name tag.

“Your name is Yami?” Serenity asked and the boy nodded. Serenity smiled down at the boy before she decided to take him down stairs to find him some food.

Half Neko, Half Human? – Yami/Kaiba

Kaiba awoke for the next following morning to find that there was something at the end of his bed. Kaiba looked down to see the boy that he found yesterday with his tail curled up around him. Kaiba smiled from the fact that his ears were on high alert even though he was asleep. Kaiba climbed out of bed before the boy woke up and looked at him with crimson eyes. Kaiba had only just realised that his hair looked like a starfish with blond streaks running through. Magenta tips at the top of the hair and a collar around his neck. Kaiba knew what to do though and left the room. The boy slid off the bed and decided to follow Kaiba. The boy was quiet tall but still shorter then Kaiba himself but it didn’t look like it from the hair. Kaiba walked down towards the kitchen before he brought out some fish. The boy looked at the fish before his nose was attracted to the chicken on the shelf.

“Do you want the chicken?” Kaiba asked the boy and he nodded. Kaiba brought out the chicken and placed it on the plate and placed the plate on the floor. The boy just looked at the plate.

“I’m not eating off the floor...don’t you use the table?” The boy asked Kaiba who looked surprised.

“You talk?” Kaiba asked surprised.

“Yes...but I can’t stay here...they’ll find me and drag me back...I can’t go back!” The boy seemed to be yelling at himself before Kaiba went to place his hand on the boy’s shoulder.

“Don’t go back where?” Kaiba asked the boy.

“Back...to...the lab...I can’t go back there and be experimented again...they already made me part cat...what more do they want?” The boy asked Kaiba.

“What’s your name?” Kaiba asked the boy.

“I don’t have a name...Yami sounds like a cool name though” the boy said and Kaiba agreed.

“You do have jet black fur...Yami is fine” Kaiba said causing the boy to smile.

Into The Asylum

“Over here Yugi we have the room you were put into by accident which was Yami’s cell. He’s really unbalanced...emotionally anyway. We have Bakura who has a bad habit of keeping a blade in his pocket. The Psychologists did everything they could but they still could not ‘fix’ Bakura as they say. You have Malik who likes to torture people to get control over them.” Louise said.

“Then we have Kaiba...our guards. He may look harsh but he’s the one that keeps all of us sane in this place” Malik said.

“You mean this hell hole?” Bakura said.

“Why are you in here?” Yugi asked Louise. Louise looked at Yugi before she sighed.

“I’m in here because I’m a freak of nature that can kill when bothered...basically we’re all threats to the human race.” Louise said before Yami sniggered.

“We’re all freaks of nature in here Louise. You’re nothing special!” Yami yelled at Louise who flinched at Yami’s sudden outbreak.

“How many times have I been killed?” Louise asked and Malik smiled.

“About 69 times she’s been killed by Yami” Malik told Yugi.

“So you guys aren’t in here because you’re insane...you’re in here because...” Yugi started

“They don’t know what to do with us so they leave us in here to keep us away from the bloody human race. Gosh I want to kill them all!” Yami said before Louise put her hand on Yugi’s shoulder.

“For as long as we have known Yami...he’s always hated people” Louise said which caused Yugi to flinch in fear of Yami.

“How are you all connected with each other?” Yugi asked with fear in his voice and it was clear that he feared Yami. Yami smiled at the fear in his voice.

“This cell was made years ago before the Asylum was built on top and Yami here managed to dig his way to it. That’s when he had an idea and told me and Malik about it and he told us where it was located and we managed to dig our way through.” Bakura told Yugi.

“Kaiba found out and managed to find information about that cell. At night we all go down there and hang out like we use to” Yami told Yugi.

“I’m guessing the unbalance is...emotionally unbalanced?” Yugi asked before the door opened.

The Sphere of Darkness

“What’s so great about Yami?” Kaiba asked Solomon.

“Yami’s no ordinary child.” Solomon told Kaiba.

“How?” Kaiba asked Solomon.

“Born from the Shadow Realm, Yami has the ability to summon the darkest creatures in the whole world. Nightmares for little children will start to awaken into this world.” Solomon told Kaiba.

“So the monsters that came to attack the village all those years ago was caused by Yami?” Kaiba asked.

“After that he was sealed away. He was only 17 when he was sealed but since he’s born from the Shadow Realm he will always stay the same. He physically won’t age but his mind will continue to grow and gain more knowledge” Solomon told Kaiba.

“Why isn’t Yami talking?” Kaiba asked.

“He’s not very intelligent is he?” Yami spoke in a calm voice but Kaiba couldn’t get the language that Yami was speaking.

“Kaiba may not be intelligent to you Yami but he’s going take you to a place where you can be safe” Solomon told Yami.

“Why do I have to hide?” Yami asked Solomon.

“Because they are always after you Yami. To them you’re a weapon waiting to be used” Solomon told Yami. Yami folded his arms and Kaiba looked really confused. Solomon handed a book to Kaiba who took it and looked confused.

“What’s this for?” Kaiba asked.

“To help you understand Yami. As you know he doesn’t speak Japanese like we do but this will help you understand him” Solomon told Kaiba who nodded.

“Can I stay and fight?” Yami asked and Kaiba looked at him.

“Sorry Yami...I’m going to miss you” Solomon told Yami as he put his hand on Yami’s shoulder lightly. Yami flinched under the touch but then smiled.

“I’m going to miss you too” Yami told Solomon and Kaiba smiled.

Not all Yamis are bad – Yugi/Yami

“What is a yami like you doing here?” Yugi asked as he walked up to a yami harvesting the food supply. The yami looked at him. Crimson eyes met purple eyes before the yami went back to harvesting the food on the island. Yugi watched the way that the yami seemed to be harvesting out of anger and hatred.

“Why are you harvesting our food?” Yugi asked the yami.

“To draw the other yamis here.” The yami told Yugi.

“Why?!” Yugi asked in fear. The yami stopped and looked at Yugi before he smiled.

“So I can kill my father” the yami told Yugi.

Key to the Duel Monsters Realm

“My Pharaoh...you have awoken” Yami turned around to see the Dark Magician Girl hovering in front of him. Yami yawned before he blinked twice. The Dark Magician Girl giggled as Yami looked really confused at her and where he was standing.

“Sorry...I’m dreaming right?” Yami asked the Dark Magician Girl who regained herself and she shook her head.

“Sorry Pharaoh...you’re not dreaming...this is all real and we need to talk” The Dark Magician Girl told Yami.

“Dark Magician Girl tell...”

“Mana...call me Mana.” The Dark Magician Girl told Yami interrupting him.

“Mana...the name rings a bell...but can you please tell me why I have been summoned here?” Yami asked the Dark Magician Girl.

“The Egyptian Gods want to talk to you...They can’t wait any longer then they have done” The Dark Magician Girl told Yami.

“Mana...is it my fault that the Egyptian Gods haven’t spoken to me?” Yami asked the Dark Magician Girl.

“Don’t worry. It isn’t your fault.” The Dark Magician Girl told Yami. Yami nodded as she lead him the way to the Egyptian Gods. Yami’s mind was only thinking about why he was summoned and what they wanted from him...he had already begged for forgiveness from the Orichalcos incident and it took a while but they forgave him. This reason however...was a new change on Yami’s already complicated life.

Coffee Shop – Yami/Seto

Kaiba walked into the coffee shop that had just opened recently. The coffee shop had a nice atmosphere with the hint of mystery mixed in. Kaiba walked up to the counter of the coffee shop and noticed a bell. Kaiba ran the bell and growled. He never really like ringing a bell at a counter of any shop. A tall boy with blazing crimson eyes walked into Kaiba’s line of vision. The waiter’s hair shot up with blond bang covering his face and blond highlights running through his hair with crimson tips. The waiter was in full leather which confused Kaiba since the place was quiet hot.

“Can I take your order sir?” The waiter asked. His voice was deep and commanding but that only seemed to draw Kaiba more and more to the waiter.

“Can I have some Aisu koh-hii please?” Kaiba asked the waiter. The waiter nodded and went to get Kaiba’s order. Kaiba looked around the building before he found his seat in the coffee shop. It didn’t take long before the waiter walked over to Kaiba and placed his order.

“Here is your order sir. Please enjoy the Aisu koh-hii.” The waiter said to Kaiba before he bowed to Kaiba. After the bow he went back to the counter. Kaiba had to admit...he knew how to satisfy a customer and his methods were fantastic. Kaiba was going to make a return here. It was fantastic and the waiter looked positively cute.

Prince of Egypt – Yami/Seto

“We give you this Egyptian rose.” Melvin said as he used his magic and removed the tent which was in the room. Kaiba looked at the tent before it reveled a pale skin man with crimson eyes with a third eye in the middle of his forehead, his hair was a dark colour with crimson tips, blond highlights and blond bangs covering his face. The young man looked at Kaiba and growled. He wasn’t as tall as Kaiba and he only came up to Kaiba’s chest but he looked very determined to fight. The boy wore simple clothes in black but his wrists were bound by rope. The Egyptian rose wasn’t very tamed but that seemed to turn Kaiba on.

“He’s fantastic...he’ll make one good looking slave to me.” Bakura walked towards the young man before the young man tried to bite Bakura.

“I don’t think he liked you much.” Kaiba whispered to Bakura.

“That’s why I’m leaving him to you.” Bakura told Kaiba and pushed him towards the young man.

“As the prince of Egypt I command you to give us respect.” Kaiba told the young man.

“You want respect? I’ll give it to you.” The young man hissed and jerked his hands making the rope fallout from Melvin’s hands and the young man easily broke the rope. Kaiba was surprised before the guards started to come out to protect the two princes of Egypt.

Un-tameable Dragon - Yami/Seto

“Seth...how long did it take for you to tame Atem?” Seto asked his older brother Seth. Seth looked up from his reading book and smiled at his younger brother. Seth got up from his seat and walked over to his younger brother and took him outside. Kisara and Atem were play fighting in the mint green grass.

“Seto...every dragon is different. Some dragons are easy to tame while other dragons take a long while. Atem was one of those dragons who took a while before tamed.” Seth told Seto. Atem and Kisara looked up at Seto and Seth. Atem flew over to Seth’s side and nuzzled him. Kisara turned into her human form and walked over to Seth and kissed him on the cheek.

“Hi sweetie.” Kisara said to her husband Seth. Atem soon turned into his human form and smiled at Seth. Seth was lucky to have a tamed dragon and Kisara who was a dragon and a human who fell in love with Seth. Seto didn’t seem very lucky but Atem was just as friendly to Seto as he was to Seth.

“I have a brother...he lives in the dark mountains. He doesn’t collect treasure like gold and stuff but he collects Duel Monster cards. He won’t be easy to tame...he’ll be very hard to tame but I’m sure you can tame him Seto.” Atem told Seto.

“He’s one untameable dragon but he’s worth it if you do manage to tame him.” Kisara told Seto. Seto now had his eyes on his dragon. If this dragon was so un-tameable then Seto really wanted to rise to the challenge of taming him.

King of Games – Yami/Seto

Kaiba stood outside the duel shop where Yami lives. Kaiba walked inside to find Yugi was at the counter and noticed that he wasn’t wearing the Millennium Puzzle. Once the door opened Yugi’s attention turned to look at the customer. When he saw Kaiba walk into the shop he went back to reading what was on the counter.

“Where’s Yami?” Kaiba asked Yugi.

“Egypt, why?” Yugi asked Kaiba.

“He’s in Egypt? Why didn’t he tell me?” Kaiba asked Yugi. Was Yami taking this loss badly? He didn’t seem like it after the duel. Kaiba had been a little worried but Yami seemed to take the loss well and he was hanging out with Yugi and his friends more and without fear of him popping up ad duelling him. Why would Yami return to Egypt now?

“Yami told me that if he told you and you followed him then he would duel you and claim his title back. He saw how happy you were with the title and left to Egypt so that you’ll keep the title longer. He hasn’t given up duelling but he’s going to be travelling the world to encourage more kids to play and help them become stronger duellists.” Yugi told Kaiba.

“How is he taking the loss?” Kaiba asked. Yugi looked up at him before he smiled.

“He’s been a lot happier without the title but he does miss you always demanding a duel from him. To be honest...I’m glad Yami isn’t the King of Games anymore. Gosh those fan-girls he has. They moved on to you.” Yugi told Kaiba.

“My fan group has increased?” Kaiba asked Yugi.

“Yeah, now the fans Yami has he’s been getting on with them well before he went to Egypt. They really do miss Yami but they are so fun to hang out with.” Yugi told Kaiba.

“Oh...when will Yami return back to Japan?” Kaiba asked.

“Probably the Christmas holidays and my birthday...probably when he feels like it. Why?” Yugi questioned Kaiba.

“Just wondering.” Kaiba told Yugi before he turned around and walked out the game shop.

Boy of the Gods – Yami/Seto

A Blue-eyes white dragon landed near the alleyway where Kaiba felt a large amount of power. Kaiba hopped off the dragon before he ran into the alleyway. Kaiba followed the trace of power before his eyes fell on a young male. Tri coloured hair that shot up in the shape of a star. Crimson tips with blond high lights running through his hair before blond bangs covered his face. The pale skin of the boy proved that he was from Japan but the young man was clearly unconscious. Kaiba managed to role the young man on his back and noticed that he was malnourished and his clothes seemed to be burnt by something but his skin was perfectly fine. Kaiba scooped up the young man and carried him back to his Blue-eyes white dragon. The young man didn’t weigh a lot and Kaiba realised that there was something shining on the back of the young male’s hand. Kaiba moved his hand gently and moved the young man’s hand enough to notice a blue gem. It was the same gem that could be found on all three Egyptian Gods. The Blue-eyes white dragon looked at the young man in Kaiba’s arms before she flexed her wings and allowed Kaiba to climb on. Kaiba climbed onto his Blue-eyes white dragon and sat down.

“You better look after him. He’s rather special.” The Blue-eyes white dragon told Kaiba. Kaiba nodded and he and the blue-eyes white dragon flew off.

Words On a Page – Yami/Bakura

“A student, around the age of 17 committed suicide after giving up on hope. No one really paid any attention to this student but notes written by the student could be found on the floor, on a teacher’s desk, on a student’s desk and even found on the school lockers. These notes were ignored by everyone in the school. The only contact this student had was to a therapist but in the end even the therapist left the student. No id was found on the student but a book was found. Covered in blood and highly unreadable. Rumour has it that the student is still roaming the corridors of the school trying to find something that it never had.” Bakura mumbled as he read the news article online. Bakura sat back from the screen before he looked at the book next to him. Something felt off about the whole story and Bakura could feel it. He thought he saw the student ‘ghost’ before but he wasn’t sure.

To Re-build a Virtual World - Yami/Noa

“Why is my world being re-built?” Noa asked while wandering around the previously corrupted world he lived in now.

“Sorry it took a while Noa...but then again, Kaiba hasn’t always been happy about me being in his domain.” Noa turned around after hearing the voice. Yami stood there with a warm smile on his face. Noa looked at Yami confused and Yami could see it as his smile faded.

“Why are you helping me? I tried to kill you and your friends.” Noa asked Yami.

“Sure you’ve done wrong. I’ve done wrong and I can’t change that but you gave yourself up to help us escape. I wanted to do something to thank you. I know this isn’t the real world...but at least I can restore your world.” Yami told Noa. Noa still looked confused at Yami.

“But...why help me when you hate me?” Noa asked Yami.

“Hate is such a strong word...Yugi taught me that everyone deserves a second chance.” Yami told Noa. Noa looked at Yami like he was insane. Why would Yami give Noa a second chance?

The Distortion World – Yami Yugi/Giratina (Yu-Gi-Oh/Pokemon cross-over)

Every reflection I see...leades to another world. I know it does...I can feel it. Another world, a mirror world on the other side. If I look carefully enough...something moves on the other side of the mirror. A long looking creature with long black tentacles, claws on the end. It’s snake-like body seems to attract my attention. Yugi and the others have all gone to university so I’m normally left wandering around Domino City on my own. At least I’m not banished into the Millennium Puzzle. Yugi wears the puzzle to remind him of me. My very own reflection reminds me of him. I don’t see anything else on the other side of the mirror. Just that creature. What’s it like? Megan Muto - Yugi's Birthday - Yugi's mother. (I don't know anything about Yugi's mum so I made it up) She leaves Yugi with his grandpa at a young age and promised that she will come back for him. Years later she and her partner Harry Muto bring Yugi the best birthday ever.

Harry Muto - Yugi's Birthday - Yugi's father. Not much is known about him but after hearing that Yugi keeps on waiting for his parents to return he pays Yugi a visit on his birthday.

Shi - The TSA - *Will be revieled when The TSA is completed*

Mariah - Adoption - Mariah is a kind hearted woman who takes a interest in orphans. Mariah first meet Ryou and Bakura in an adoption centre. Ryou and Bakura didn't think anything of it but when Ryou moves away when he is 16, Bakura blames Mariah. Years later Bakura and Mariah have a strong dislike for each other. Mariah then meets Yugi and Yami at another adoption centre and decides that she'll look after them until someone comes to take them home. Mariah knows that Yugi and Yami were very similar to Bakura and Ryou but she doesn't show it. She quickly forms a friendship with the two twins and they give her their complete trust. She meets Kaiba at the adoption centre as well who is trying to find someone to keep his little brother Mokuba busy, since Mariah is friends with Yugi and Yami she invites Kaiba to meet them. Not a lot is known about her past but her life ends when Zork absorbes her life force.

St Helena - Charlton et al (2000): St Helena - Representing St Helena. She didn't have television until 1995. Her community is so close because around 5000 people live on her tiny island that can only be reached by boat. Its possible that due to her community have so much control that agression in the children didn't chance after television was introduced to the island. St Helena loves her brother Africa and all of her people. Everyone knows each other in St Helena and so does she.

Osore - Shadow Weapon - One of the scientists who worked on Yami to turn him into a weapon. He was the main scientist who often showed his progress to the Shadow Master. Osore became the key person for Yami's rage. Osore means Fear.

Zetsubou - Shadow Weapon - Along with Osore, he was also a scientist who worked on turning Yami into a weapon. When Osore isn't around Zetsubou is in control. Zetsubou means Despair.

Itami - Shadow Weapon - Along with Osore, Itami worked on Yami to create the ultimate weapon for the shadow master. Itami means Pain.

Goumon - Shadow Weapon - Along with Osore, Goumon worked on Yami. Goumon mainly gave Yami punnishment but he also working with Osore while they turned him into a weapon. Goumon means Torture.

Hazure - Shadow Weapon - The final scientist who worked on Yami. Hazure means Failure.
