Author has written 3 stories for Legend of Zelda, and Pokemon. Whee. Favorite genres are anything I can get my greedy little hands on, but mostly Comedy/parodies, Fantasy/SciFi, or anything written by SafetyMunkey. (Because Murdock rules.) Uh, I'm working on four stories right now, King of Pawns, The Kindred, Grifter and Snatch, and Red as Blood. Speaking of which, an important note for RaB: I am now sharing this story with my amigo, Phantom Pheather. He'll be doing every other chapter and e-mailing me his work, which I'll edit and slap up here for ya. I think he'll be handling most of the fight scenes and stuff. Don't worry about getting confused, cause' whoever wrote the chapter will put up who they are and a little note. I wrote the first three, however, and he started with the fourth. Hope you guys like it! Some stories that are better than mine: After the Scourge: by Nebel. This story is by far one of the best I've EVER read on FF.net, on a par with works by Munkey or Pheather. The world has been destroyed by strange creatures called Able, and cats are the only survivors. Nebel has created an entire society for the cats, much like Tolkein created one for Hobbits. An excellent piece of work. Go read it now. Shadows of a Broken Life: by SafetyMunkey. An incredibly descriptive and vividly constructed story by resisdent bay-area artist, Safety. A story of a demon and his antics (dark and spooky antics, mind you. Not those crap kiddy antics on cartoons) in NYC. Hehe, melikes. READ THIS! The Dark of Night: by Phantom Pheather. A story of an assassin by the name of Jasem, who works for the mage guild in the city of Pantsaregod. (See? His knack for comedy shines through) Inner conflict and well-written action scenes riddle the story with excitement. Definately a must-see. Also, Magi and Their Obsession With Cream Puffs is an excellent comedy, same author. An Act to Follow: by Snowsilver. A truly wonderful piece of work written in the land of Termina. The story takes place during a festival in Clock Town, and Link (and about a dozen other anime-ish random characters who you've never seen before but will grow to love especially Timbre) and his friends are just trying to get through it in one piece. And have antics, of course. Lots of antics. A must-read for Zelda fans! (P.S. Sorry for the mistake in chapter four of Kindred, I was young and stupid then. XD) Oh yeah, she just started a fic called The Destiny Stone, which is even better than the last. Go read it too. Also, if you find any delightful stories you think I should read, or you want me to check out yours, please feel free to e-mail me. I am now a proud owner of a DSL connection, but don't think that means the rents' will let me use it very often. Sorry if I haven't updated in a while, I'm in the middle of writing a lot of STUFF. A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: I have some sad news. Due to the fact I will be held back in the 9th grade if I don't get some extra credits here in Spain, The Kindred will be henceforth put on hold until further notice. Set update times are now: Thursday and Sunday, unless I have a good excuse. Still rowing the old knew, -Fog. | |||||||||
