Author has written 4 stories for Janet Evanovich.

I discovered FanFiction late in 2010, and became addicted. Due to my obsession with Ranger, I read mostly Babe stories.

As a Veteran of the U S Air Force, I think the Plum FanFiction stories give us an opportunity to think about what our soldiers and Veterans have gone and continue to go through. I served as the Viet Nam war was ending, during which time our returning soldiers were treated shamefully. I am glad we as a country have recognized the need to honor and care for those who wear the uniforms and serve to defend us. We don't have to love the wars, but we should be thankful for those who choose to serve.

For us Babes, who love to love a few fictional soldiers (or one in particular), I think stories that highlight the circumstances and issues of service members and veterans are especially meaningful. I felt guilty obsessing over a fictional veteran, while ignoring the plight of the living veterans in my community. If these stories inspire you to check out the various Veteran's ceremonies or events in your local area and to get involved, then I've done something useful here.

I want the Steph in my stories to behave like a 30+ year old woman, not an incompetent, temperamental child. I want a Steph who is a deserving partner for Ranger, an adult who can function in an adult relationship. And a Ranger who is learning how to function in a relationship.

I love the Mercenary Ranger stories by sweetdreams-sunnymornings, and the veterans' stories by cristi0819 and jago-ji. All have been an inspiration to me, and have helped me get started writing.
