Hello, whoever you are, welcome to my little corner of cyberspace. Allow me to introduce myself. I am called Saphura around here, or Saph for short. I come from New England, and I'm not as old as you think but not that young either. I have always been scribbling down stories in my notebooks and in my not-so-free-time, but I have only recently started going through them and typing them up. A good number of them will never be posted here, but a few will.

Sci-fi and fantasy are my favorite genres, and what I normally write. I write about anything that can hold my imagination for more than a few weeks, since that's normally how long it takes for me to start writing about things. Given my attention span, it's not easy to do, and this means that one week I'll be writing about one thing, the next I'll be writing something different. However, the Enterprise and her crew will always be flying around my head, whether they are from TOS or the 2009 movie. I have seen other Star Treks, but not enough to write about them. And did I mention I like Video Games? I might get around to writing fics for those one of these days.

My writing style is informal, except when I have to write formal papers or a story calls for serious writing. I love to make people laugh, thus humor is always present in my stories (most of them anyways). If the story is not in the humor category, then it is aimed at some other emotional response. I try to finish my stories, or have them mostly done, before I post them. Thus why I have so many in the works on my computer and not posted here. Short attention span, remember?

So now I'm just going off on a tangent, so I'll just shut up now. There are a few stories down there, so if you would kindly just scroll down and read a few, I would appreciate it. I would love you forever-and-a-half if you review after reading!
