Author has written 38 stories for Casualty, Bill, and Ashes to Ashes. I'm Gem aka Gem6, I'm 22, I live in the south of England and I'm a bit of an Ashes to Ashes addict I have 9 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs and a cat that live with me plus I usually have one or two guinea pigs here on their holidays. I do spend far too much time on here as most Ashes authors can probably vouch, especially with the amount of reviews I leave... I'm currently writing more for Ashes to Ashes than The Bill although I am still writing for John & Claire I just tend not to publish it now. I'm more than happy to beta read for Ashes if you should so wish, just give me a shout :-) Aside from the world of fiction I'm a boring person really, I work for the Post Office, help moderate the Luigi's Ashes to Ashes forum (which can be found here; www.luigis.org.uk), spend a lot of time with my animals, I read a wide variety of books but generally you'd find a lot of crime/murder books on my bookshelves, a few animal related ones and a host of Rabbit medical books. I collect Beanie Babies (still!) but only the original ones now which are often hard to come by. If I've got any spare time left, you can usually find me scribbling some latest fic inspiration in my notebook or making greetings cards which I do put on sale to the public (Should you happen to want to see what I've got, just ask). I tend to be found at various events and outing organised by Luigi's wearing a silly Hat which has earnt me the nickname 'Mrs Hat' something I now tend to go by and regularly get called it :-D SuperMac's SuperHat is just one of the variations of it :-) Okay character wise...I adored SuperMac! Absolutely loved that man and was utterly heartbroken when he killed himself even though I did know it was coming. I am a Galex fan although I'd like to see Alex with Ray for a change sometimes. Alex is meant to be my favourite character although I do love the Genie and Poirot is my current favourite. So yes that seems to be me in a nutshell...a bit nuts...good to know and if you don't know me you're missing out ;-) | |||||||||||
