I read a lot of fiction, I read a lot of fan-fiction, and I even write some of both, though I have a habit of not finishing anything. It's a big part of the reason that I am hesitant to post stories: I don't like being reminded of my lack of follow-through-- or my lack of skill or talent, as the case may be.

I am also a big dork. This is apparent to pretty much anyone who converses with me for more than a few seconds.

What We Must is a Dragon Age: Origins story, and my first real foray into fanfiction. It's extremely AU and contains all the origins, default names, alternate timelines, assorted plot bunnies that you have most likely seen elsewhere (and hopefully some that you haven't) and original characters-- probably too many of them-- including the narrator, a mage of the Circle who is neither Surana nor Amell.
