Greetin's to ya! If you couldn't tell by the little icon by my profile pic, I am 'murican ;), more specifically a Wisconsinite (aka reformed Chicagoan). Though I have a dual citizenship in Canada (as of 2009), which I find fairly awesome, knowing several fabulous artists from the Montreal and Ontario regions. I love me some buddies or all round someone to discuss story topics. I suppose I have been writing fanfictions (on and off) since I was 13 (?), not that that matters much. This is purely a creative outlet (that and drawing/sketching with No. 2 Pencil), I have no training (in either) this area, so what I know of it is from past reviews on my work and learning from other literary pieces.

Things to know about me as an author and reader.

A. As it is, I am not on here everyday, more like once a week and I spend even less time writing. So please, at the very least be patient with me.

B. I don't take flaming very well, though I'm getting better.

C. I am female, so if you think my writing is too mushy, that is probably why. I do want to know if I am being too sappy, so please let me know.

D. I have not yet finished my education, so my spelling and grammar may be...lacking. Honestly I know that is not an excuse, but anyone willing to be my Beta, I will love you for ever and ever... >.>

E. I do not bite, maim, kill, and mentally harass anyone (but I can be snippy). Imma' big cuddle monster! That...and I fear your emotions.

F. Fair warning: I stink at writing Lemons, Limes, MxM action, Yuri, and all around sex topics. I don't care to write them either, they are too risky. Whump scenes on the other hand... I may have a problem...

Me as a person:

A. I'm always willing to talk, so don't be frightened by my overbearingly long comments. If you disagree with something I have to say, go for it. I'm willing to listen (aka I won't rant you to death)

B. I like to think I'm nice, I could be completely wrong--I like to reinforce of theme here, if you haven't noticed--I do have a tendency to be a bit blunt.

C. One pet peeve of mine, that does get the author a nice little rant, is hate literature... of any kind. People bashing characters, race, orientation, religion, etc. I was raised Catholic, and you wouldn't believe some of the BS I have to put up with some times. I don't give a rat's ass if you're atheist or Shinto, in fact! good for you...have a cookie.

D. I think in a past life I was a Shield Maiden, because I like to envision myself giving a primal war cry before entering an argument.

I'll give you a hint on my birthday:
