| Andy Longwood |
Author has written 13 stories for Lord of the Rings, X-overs, Lost, and Firefly. Once upon a time there was a girl named Andy Longwood, who couldn't write bios in the first person and therefore had to write them all in narrative. Andy had a history of writing very bad self-insert fanfiction, all of which luckily ended when she joined the Lord of the Rings fandom and discovered what a Mary Sue was. Following this discovery, she wrote a few more bad stories that transitioned over the years to passable stories, met her best friend through fandom, and got some neat new outlooks on character insight. Currently, Andy is a poor college student in a school for rich college students. She's in the swing dancing club and the karaoke club, has chorus four days a week, and her favorite holiday is Talk Like a Pirate Day. She has a Fullmetal Alchemist poster by her bed, which she picked out even though it has the Tringham brothers on it because it had a better picture of Al then the other poster, and a poster of Frodo right next to her pillow, because she thinks Elijah Wood is a pretty, pretty boy. Last summer she was in a stage version of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. She was a green unicorn. She likes singing and clouds and long walks on the beach and once kept a croquet mallet by her bed for a whole month in case of a zombie attack. She loves Shaun of the Dead. The Lord of the Rings is her favorite story. Frodo is her favorite character. Fullmetal Alchemist is her favorite manga. Alphonse Elric is her favorite character. Lost is the only TV show she watches. Hurley is her favorite character. Or, wait, no. Sayid is her favorite character. Or Charlie. Doctor Who is her latest fandom. Great Big Sea is her favorite band. Loreena McKennitt is her favorite singer. She has a webcomic called The Kitchen Sink. It's a story about a guy, a girl, and the Lovecraftian monsters that raid their fridge. If asked, she will say that 42 is the answer to everything. She's one hoopy frood who knows where her towel is. | |||||||||||
