I'm 20 years old, and yes, Disney Channel is probably my favorite channel. Some of my friends think it's lame, but I find that a lot of other TV is just dumb and kinda offensive. Besides Disney Channel I like CSI, Numb3rs, and random half hour family type sitcoms (Yes Dear, Still Standing, Grounded for Life, Reba, etc.)
