Working adult with plenty of imagination, cold reason and a hot temper, not native to English, loves reading and hates writing.

What is sought for in fics:

1. Generally speaking: Theme and meaning, General impact and originality.

2. The universe in the fic: Imaginativeness, Premise, Internal Consistency, and Believability.

3. In the characters: Development, Motivation, Emotional economy and Believability.

4. In the rendering: Plotting, Pacing- tension- drama, Dramatic economy, Language and Believability

In fics I am intolerant of feminization of males, authors mispelling names (like ZAMBINI, for Heaven's sakes!), slave fics that have brianless-helpless-pathetic kewpies for main characters, various depressions that authors don't bother to read about and that come out in fics as sheer nonsense, Mary Sues and Gary Stus (including canon Sues and Stues), movie scripts and absence of Character Death notices. Also, childish nonsense, temper tantrums, hysterics, ignorant "opinions" (if you don't know something - research it, then talk about it. Otherwise, don't waste my time).

Have no problems with catfights: provoke me – expect retaliation. The opposition’s age, experience, physical, mental and emotional conditions are not my problems and are none of my business. I come here to read stories, talk about stories and review stories, not to make friends or play mother.

Nevertheless and despite the above, I do not give negative reviews unless a fic is totally falling apart at the seams and is utterly impossible to accept within at least a quarter of the criteria given above; in other words, unless the "fic" is utter and complete rubbish.

I am currently interested in FF8 (Squall/Seifer), Buffy (Xander/Spike), Weiss Kreuz, (any Weiss/Schwarz combination, excluding Farfarello and the cliché Omi/Nagi (unless it is VERY good), Ronins (Ronin/Warlord).

In the Harry Potter fandom:
I love het, slash and general relations fics of the Slyth/Gryff and Gryff/Slyth variety in any genre, except poetry and parody. Prefer HP/DM, HP/LM and HP/SS slash with survival in the end.

Ratings: No limits, IF THE STORY IS BELIEVABLE.
