My avatar is a picture by Sixio. It is one of my favorite pictures ever.

I have a series that I call "Adventures of a Line Hopper", featuring the Doctor and Buffy Summers. I've decided to list those stories, below, in order, just so you can see which ones go where. Especially because I think I'll be posting them out of order, soon.

Big Stories are bolded. Short stories are not.

Adventures of a Line Hopper

1. Don't Be - The moment Buffy saw the Doctor, she knew she had to kill him.

2. Starlight - Contains information important to Big Stories. Buffy learns more about the Doctor and Angel's past.

3. Date Night - The Doctor learns not to take dating advice from Buffy.

4. Role Model - The Doctor gives Buffy a driving lesson.

5. Paradox - Sometimes, the Doctor does the wrong thing.

6. Blue Box Bad - Buffy discovers her secret jealousy of the TARDIS.

7. The Facksisil of Balime - When the Doctor shows up in Sunnydale, memory-less and certain only that he has to run, will Buffy and the others discover what's happened to him? Or will they be too distracted by the fact that he keeps licking things?

8. My Weapon - On the shorter side of long. Buffy meets the Daleks.

9. Riley Finn Doesn't Hate the Doctor - He really, really doesn't. At all. Even remotely. And he's not at all jealous!

10. Nothing - The Doctor is stuck in the Initiative.

11. Something - Everything that's happened to Buffy - from the Trio of Hell to the Initiative - is actually being caused by the events unfolding centuries in the future. Buffy and the Doctor fight for their lives, as the Daleks' trap closes.

11. Not a Sword - Contains information important to Big Stories. The Doctor and Donna are looking for a mythical English sword. That doesn't look like a sword and doesn't act like a sword. In California. In 2000 AD. With a toaster. Let the "Oi's" begin!

12. The Seventh Segment - A series of short stories all taking place during Buffy season 5 and Doctor Who series 4. What can you do when every single option is unthinkable? When there is no "right", just "wrong"? The Doctor and Buffy's Quest for Excalibur redefines every boundary and trust between them, as they struggle against destiny, fate, and inevitability.

Note: "Not a Sword" is a part of the Seventh Segment. If you've read "Not a Sword" independently, you can skip it in the Seventh Segment.

13. Elizabeth - Who is Elizabeth? How did the Doctor 'destroy her'? And what really happened in 2003 in the other timeline?

14. Your Nature - Buffy meets the Ninth Doctor. Or the First Evil. Or... something.

15. The Bringer of Death - the Doctor meets up with a group of sadistic, evil vampires, who try to use him to end the world. The Doctor gives them what they deserve.

16. Happy Endings - It's 2007. The ghost shifts have started, Archangel's been launched, and someone's just fallen out of the Void. A petite blonde girl. And it's up to Buffy to deal with her.

This leads directly into my next series, which I'm calling "the Child of Balime". The new series deals mainly with Seo, Buffy, Jack, and (later) Dawn. It crosses primarily with Torchwood, but also crosses with Doctor Who and Sarah Jane Adventures. While "Adventures of A Line Hopper" has the Doctor Who characters appearing in the Buffyverse, this one takes place post 2007, and shows the Buffyverse characters interacting with the Whoverse.

Here is the order of this series (all stories bolded. Most of these are pretty short):

1. The Prophecy of Harkness - No more vampires, alien invasions, and abandonment by the Higher Powers? Looks like the twenty-first century really is where it all changes. Buffy takes Seo to Cleveland, to meet Dawn. As war breaks out in the demon realms.

2. Judgment - It's all about trust, as Torchwood struggles to face down a villain from Buffy's past, and Seo and Ianto must deal with their past mistakes.

3. A Scooby of Her Own - Someone's kidnapping kids at a London theme park, and Seo recruits her first Scooby, Alison, to help track down the culprit. And that dishwasher Seo blew up, earlier, isn't going to fix itself!

4. Because I Could not Stop for Seo - If Suzie dropped dead, tomorrow, she's pretty sure she knows who'd pick up that resurrection glove and start using it...

5. The Most Dangerous Alien You'll Ever Meet - Gwen meets Seo, for the first time, on her 99th birthday. But the annual Buffy birthday calamity might well be genetic, as Gwen finds herself alone, in the Hub, with the most dangerous alien she'll ever meet. And is terrified.

6. 88719 - Buffy knows. Any high school worth its salt has to be filled with monsters trying to kill you. So… why isn't Seo's?!

7. Prey - To the Slitheen, Seo is just a great big stack of money on legs.

8. Reasons to Live - Bit of advice, Gwen — if you want to hear about the afterlife, don't ask the homicidal maniac!! Buffy tells Gwen about heaven.

9. Daughter - Moments. So many moments. Just Jack and Seo.

10. The Revenge of Bilis Manger

11. A Terrible Influence - Seo infiltrates an Ealing school, to track down an alien. But it turns out… the alien is hunting her…

(Yes, in the above story, I purposely ignore the fact that the SJA series starts a year later than this. But, you know what? All that aside? It's still a really great story.)

12. Hindsight - Now that Jack's gone, it's inevitable. One of these days, Seo is going to save the world. And Torchwood is going to shoot her for it. And that day… is Election Day, 2008.

13. Boyfriendish - Seo's world, alternate timeline, the Axis. In Sunnydale, 2000, Buffy has been keeping secrets from the Doctor. Major secrets. Which becomes a problem, when she doesn't tell him Faith even exists. And then… Faith steals Buffy's body.

14. The Years that Never Were - The story of the Valiant. And the story of Seo's creation. Two years that never were.

Coming soon: If I can ever get around to writing it, "The Secrets of Balime" (the 4th Doctor and Romana face down the mythical monster from the legendary lost planet of Balime). Also, a story in which Seo meets John Hart. And "the Making of Bilis Manger".
