Alias/Pen-Name: LadyFiend UPDATE 11/28/2010: Well, I certainly hope everyone has had a safe and happy holiday (and year, for that matter)...I know I've been DISGUSTINGLY neglectful of my stories and of keeping you all updated. Fear NOT though, folks, I have NOT GIVEN UP! Expect things soon. Very soon. ;) 1/11/10: I know, I know. I'm HORRIBLE. Ugh. Really, I didn't mean to go a year with no updates...I've had medical problems all year (as you can tell from my past two updates) as well as school. I'm also working on a book so that's been taking up a lot of my extra time. And I've switched positions at work and the transition wasn't easy (though I like the new work better then the old). Needless to say, I have not given up on these stories. I've just been highly distracted. I was almost done the next chapter of APFWS, but then I kind of hated what I wrote so I deleted it. I'm going on a six day vacation from work and school starting this Thursday and I have plans to update both stories for you. Sorry again about the wait. I love you guys! And thank you so much for sticking by me through all this crap! 5/10/09: WOW. I...am so sorry about the delay in updates. And lack of an explanation. I've been having some medical problems lately and it's not helping that I have finals and work to top it off. Soooo...I've been very neglectful of my obligations to the story and all you readers. And for that, I am truly sorry :( I promise to get back to work this week and hopefully have update for you by Friday. Thanks for your continued patience. 2/19/09: So...I've got bronchitis, apparently. :( Needless to say, the chapter is STILL not done. Sorry about the wait, guys. I do feel A LOT better today then the past week, though, so I guess my meds are helping :) On a side note: I'm now on TWITTER, which is a...well...kind of like a blogging site, but it's kinda note either. Anyways, I'll have the most up-to-date information and sneak peaks at the chapters there. 2/14/09: Ugh...I'm freakin' sick. Sorry about the lack of updates, but I haven't even FINISHED chapter fourteen yet. It was almost done, but I got this crazy cold for like a week and a half now. Seriously, I NEVER get sick and if I do it's like once (MAYBE twice) a season...but this winter I've been sick like five times already. WTH?! I'm getting too old. My immune system is shutting down, lol. Anyways, thanks for sticking with me. I feel a little bit better today so I figured I'd at least let you guys know what's going on. I wasn't LAZY this time! I promise! Lol!! Well, hopefully I'll be back to writing in the next couple of days or so...until then, HAVE A HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! ~ LF p.s.
