Updated summary for Wargames 1 to announce the rewrite, currently done the first four chapters and added about 3500 words across the board, Chapter five is being completely rewritten from scratch and there is most likely going to be an extra chapter or two overall just to fill in a bit more of the time period. will upload them after i've completed it, don't want half to be done then just get derailed by the later chapters.

OK, so someone saw i posted the second Wargames story and started to read the first story and gave up because of my really bad writing back there and the horrible butchering of Voldemort that was in the first story. Wish you had signed in on a profile so i could respond to it directly and thank you, you gave me the kick up the ass needed to get to work fixing it.

to point out how much i've got done: three chapters edited and improved. Infact they've each increased in size by about 900 - 1500 words each.

Hey guys, i've decided to start uploading the new sequel to Wargames mainly due to the fact i have about 5 chapters done so far and i want to get them out to you lot, i was originally going to wait until i had more done, but i figured i had made anyone who was interested wait long enough.

In concerns to my updating schedule though i'm going to try and get one chapter out a week, most likely alternating with another project that i've been working on, simply because i don't want to throw it all out there right away and it gives me enough time to write the next section.

So i've been a bit busy recently, I've finally started working on the next chapter of Lord of the Forsaken, fight scenes are tricky to write, it's always one of those situations that are hard to get the balance right and make the fight look half decent, either way, it's currently sitting at about 500 words, still a long way to go. Wargames i'm halfway through chapter 5, i think once i get this chapter done it's going to pick up the pace a little bit simply because again, i'm working on a combat scene which always slows me down.

I've also been working on a couple of other projects. The Legacy of Big Boss fanfiction that i posted up in the Many Faces of Harry Potter chapter collection has progressed to 4 chapters so far, (well, three and a bit, still working on the fourth chapter.

Reinstalled Bioshock as well recently, hopefully playing that will rekindle my urge to write for New Rapture. Also been playing Dungeon Keeper as well, hoping to get some more inspiration to continue that crossover as well... not going so well at the moment but we shall see.

Other than that, just been really run down and tired because of work, yay for doing about a month and a half of six day weeks on the trot... seriously exhausting.

Ugh i feel like death. Work which i thought would be calming down has been getting more hectic for me... yay for more 6 day weeks T_T but in other news my Harbinger Sequel is progressing nicely, I've now finished the third chapter so it should be up in the relative near future.

Ok guys and girls just to let you know i am not dead but things have been a bit hectic for me, with sicknesses at work alongside coworkers on holiday and family up visiting over the holidays, i've been rushing around like a madman and haven't had anything to write recently including on my LJ which i had planned to keep updating that Fanfic look back.

Have no fear i am still working on a project at the moment. No doubt people who looked at my Wargames lookback on LJ have realised that i'm not satisfied with them, which is why their titles are currently changed, I'm going back to the core idea, the first idea that i had when talking to a friend about the Wargames series. Trek all the way baby!

I'm currently working on the first few chapters of a sequel entitled Harbinger, which is set around the ST:DS9 Game of the same name Hoshi has still effectively been put on a bus until a later story (i'm actually planning things out properly now instead of winging it like i was with the other sequels. I have a proper start point (this game) a next story in my head (going to the TOS series) and jumping around a bit from there with the end point being Harry's original time and then depending on how i end it, either there or DS9 again. We shall see.

Lord of the Forsaken, i will admit that i have been pondering about it for a while and the fight scene is one of my more ambitious fight scenes so i'm taking my time and going slowly with it so i can get it right and flowing smoothly. So far it's not going too well so be forewarned, it may take a bit of time.

Another quick update to let people know that i'm currently working on a fanfiction look back on my livejournal page, i'm looking at series that i've got up here and all other fanfictions that i've got on my computer, so there's gonna be aload of entries varying in length.

In other fanfiction related news, i haven't been writing anything for the last couple of days because i've been a bit distracted the last couple of days with work and other things.

The next chapter of Lord of the Forsaken is underway already at 2400 words and i've only just started the next flashback sequence. Special thanks goes to Lilyth Celestyn for the fantastic PM conversation that i've had that has really inspired me to write more for this story. this one is shaping up to be a personal favourite of mine because for those that have read the story so far i am up to the Scarlet Monastery section for my story. The Scarlet Monastery has always been my favourite Dungeon and infact holds several of my favourite Characters (Vishas who is making a cameo in the newest chapter, mainly because i dont think i could do him a full blown regular appearance without messing up his character. Whitemane, i've always liked High Inquisitor Sally Whitemane and before people comment its not because of the outfit... much, i just like the fact shes a strong female leader that can actually pack a punch. (so looking forward to fighting her in Heroic mode in Mists of Pandaria. \o/

Anyway, no other information to really add to this update, just thought i'd let you know what i'm upto fanfic wise.

Hey guys just a quick update to let you know that i'm currently working on the Lord of the Forsaken Chapter, the next chapter of Destiny and Wargames 3. plan to upload all three of them together when i get them done.

Also i've started the next chapter for Cats Cradle 2. Wont be done for when i upload the other chapters but its begun now

Update: 13-5-2012

I'm not dead, well... not totally, i've been ill for a while which has slowed me down quite a bit. i've had plenty ideas that i'm working on towards chapters of the following fanfics:

Lord of the Forsaken: I've had 2 ideas how the chapter should progress and infact am writing them both out, will go with which i think fits best when they're completed: Idea A: 1231 words so far and Idea B only at 580 words and thats just me fleshing out the opening scene

Destiny: Chapter 5 (cause i was wrong i hadn't finished it) is almost ready to be uploaded, though i still think i have one or two more chapters to upload before i get to that.

Wargames 3 World on Fire: Revan193 is probably gonna kill me when he reads this but i've actually started rewriting the chapter that i was working on, it was about 2500 words but after re-reading it i hated it and scrapped it and have started rewriting it, its currently sitting at 919 words. its getting there slowly. Travelling to Eden (although in other news, i'm still toying with the Wargames 2 rewrite, the more i do, the more i like it currently about half way through the third chapter of it)

Vampire: started, wrote 512 words and then kinda crashed and burned on it... i know what i want to happen but i'm struggling to get it written down. will keep plodding along and you should see an update somewhere in the future.

New Rapture: currently sitting at 764 words in length, may have to redownload Bioshock on Steam and replay it just to try and get some inspiration for it. we shall see, we shall see.

Cats Cradle: Gonna be honest here, i havent done anything with it, had no enthusiasm or inspiration for it at all. will try and get more done for the people waiting to see what happens next

Finally A Chosen Path: I'm sorry to say this is in the exact same situation as Cat's Cradle, nothing new written, though i have been playing Dungeon Keeper 1 again recently (thank god for gog dot com) it's been great to play the old games again.

So there we have it, again i apologise for not updating sooner but enthusiasm is hard to come by sometimes.

Update: 27-3-2012

Destiny has been uploaded, as it currently stands i've got five chapters written for it (including the prologue) i'll upload one every couple of days while i continue to work on it.

Some people are probably gonna be mad at me for uploading a new fic when i haven't updated my fanfictions in a while. I will just say this: i uderstand your annoyance but this is my break from Harry Potter fanfiction. The other stories are not abandoned and i WILL return to them, but at the moment i just really don't like how anything is going with my HP fanfictions so i'm taking an extended hiatus from it to try and make it all fresh and newer so i can come back to it and have fun.

So yeah, thats my most recent update.

Concerning all future updates

I am taking my time with the updates because i look back at some of my earlier fanfics (nightmare troubadour for example which i've now removed) and i hate them, i really dont have any fun writing for it and am taking them down until either i find inspiration to write a few chapters for them with full detail and properly organised plot or when i completely overhaul the story

Wargames 1 and 2 are staying up even while i work on rewriting them simply because i am still actively working on Wargames 3

Cats Cradle 1, still in dire need of an overhaul is staying up until i finish the set and rework it.

My completed fanfictions are sticking around simply because i dont plan to go back to them any time soon (mainly the one shots and my first, Warriors of Old fanfiction)

I think i'm gonna have a shift around concerning all future updates for my fanfics, i've stopped doing what i've enjoyed and focused on trying to please everyone else, i'm going to take some time, get my head back in the game and just write what i want to write for a change _
