Author has written 10 stories for Harry Potter, Roswell, Charmed, and Once Upon a Time. Name: Dawn Description: Twenty-something graduate student with an absolute love of writing and not enough free time in my life for all the stories I want to start. What I read and write: My main fandom of interest is Harry Potter, and the bulk of my reading and writing is done here. My favorite time period is the Marauder Era and the first war against Voldemort. I also like Post-Hogwarts stories focusing on the Golden Trio or any of their contemporaries, but don't really read (and have no current plans to write) anything focusing on the Next Generation. My main pairing is James/Lily. I also like Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, and occasionally Draco/Hermione. I have pretty strong opinions about characterization in this series (more so than in anything else I read or write), and don't often write fluff or anything with perfect endings. I usually prefer plot over character studies (although I certainly read character studies). I read (and will write) in a bunch of other fandoms, though I spend less time in these. My stories: In Progress: All This Waiting For The Sky To Fall: Harry Potter. Lily and Marauders centric. They found her body – broken, bleeding, face filled with signs of pain and fear, and the Death Eaters had clearly enjoyed what they were doing – amidst the rubble of a ruined book store. A tragedy in five parts. All I've Ever Learned From Love: Once Upon a Time. Henry begs, and Regina caves. But all it takes is one act of misplaced faith, and the residents of Storybrooke find themselves facing true Evil. And this time the Savior isn’t there to rescue them. Enigma: Charmed. Chris revelation story. With his time running out and the entire future resting on his shoulders, Chris takes drastic measures to save Wyatt. To protect his brother, he finds himself selling his soul to the devil – literally. Complete: Harry Potter: Epithet: Lily centric. She’d listen with abated breath to the nicknames others gave her, hoping she’d find the answers in them. In all her short life, she’d been called many different things, and she was determined that at least one of them would fit. Fool Me Twice: AU. Lily Evans is pretty, intelligent, vivacious… and accused of murder. James Potter is privileged, arrogant, and conceited… and her best chance at avoiding Azkaban. If only he wasn’t convinced of her guilt. How I Met Your Mother: James decides it is time to tell Harry the story of how he and Lily met and fell in love. Unfortunately, his recollection of their initial meeting and subsequent interactions seems to be quite different from Lily's. Where You End and I Begin: Sirius centric. And James was walking on air, floating through his own life. Everything was wonderful and spectacular and fantastic and Sirius was happy for him – really. While You Tell Me Stories: AU. As their final year at Hogwarts ends and they are forced out of school, James and Lily find that the real world presents challenges they hadn't been expecting and problems they don't know how to overcome. Other: White: Roswell. Tess, Michael, and Liz centric, Mi/L, mentions of past M/M and M/L. At the end of Four Aliens and a Baby, what if Liz had voted yes? Years later, Michael and Liz are forced to confront the reality of what they did that night, and to tread the thin line between wrong and right. Complete. Of Good and Evil: Once Upon a Time.
