Welcome to the profile of Summer, perpetual not-quite-finisher of fanfics! I do manage the occasional one-shot, and I'm working on some longer fics that may go up at some point if I feel like I have enough of a start to bother putting them here.

I really enjoy writing Harry Potter fics, and I seem to be going through a bit of an AU!Potter phase, so we'll see how many different timelines I end up with in my head before this is over. *eyeroll* My favorite Potterverse ships are Ron/Hermione and Hannah/Neville, in part because when Jo told us that Neville ended up with Hannah I had to do a lot of work to be ok with him not being with Luna. I still like Luna/Neville ok, but I've really fallen in love with the idea of him and Hannah ever since I found out that was the "canon" ending.

I've also done quite a bit with the X-men, so I guess I should talk about that a little. I like the movies and X-men: Evolution, but I'm not particularly well-versed in the comicverse. I mostly just know what I've googled/wikipediaed, so that's not that much. I ship Wolverine and Storm always, but most of the other characters I kind of ship based on the latest thing I've seen/read. . . :P

I like kids' movies, and they seem to inspire me relatively often, but whether things actually get finished or not. . . well, that's kind of always up in the air, actually, with me. Oops. Jessie and Buzz from Toy Story are my OTP for life.

I don't really know what else to say, so I'm just going to stop rambling for the moment. Oh! Firefly! I've never written any fics for it, but I like Firefly a lot. Also Person of Interest, Haven, and Fringe. I think PoI is my favorite thing on TV right now. Also Grimm, but it's on hiatus, which I guess is at least better than being between seasons, like Haven is. Or *sobs* over like Fringe is. Though actually, the ending of Fringe was perfect and made me happy in a ball-of-emotions kind of way. And there's a whole set of cheesy shows that count as a separate thing and that I adore. Hart of Dixie and Arrow being probably the biggest of them right now. But I'm stopping the rambling. Apparently.

It has recently been pointed out to me that I have been formatting dialogue incorrectly since basically always. Whoops. I just completely misunderstood the rules of that, so I've just gone back and reformatted everything. Thank you to Cleuq and LittleMissLiz for pointing that out to me. :)

Also! I write in really long paragraphs, but a lot of people have been mentioning to me lately that they have a hard time with that, so I'm working on trying to keep the paragraph length under control or cut things up into shorter paragraphs. I apologize for anywhere that might still be a problem, and do feel free to comment on it if you find places where the paragraphs are too long. I've been going through and fixing stuff as it gets mentioned, and I feel like I've been learning a lot about how to not do that. I've also been going (more slowly) through everything to reevaluate my paragraph devisions. Anyway, muchluff for my reviewers, and I really have been taking y'all's comments seriously. Even the suggestions I don't end up taking, I make sure to really consider. :)

What's going on with Summer right now: I finally finished Chapter 7 of Deducing! And I don't completely hate it! So yay. I think I have one or two more fics to fix the paragraph size on, but that's basically done, too. Good times.
