I have written other stories that aren't based on the X-Men and are under the pen name dreamingnwatercolors - one Hidalgo story, two Lord of the Rings stories and one Firefly(Mal & Zoe friendship and a little more) story. You can also find my RoLo stories at The RoLo Realm where I usually put updates first. And for a change I've updated my bio, twice in a month in fact. I thought more info might be interesting to someone so even though I don't usually tell much about myself here are a few tidbits:
Life is truly a joy for me, I have the best children, a job that pays well and allows me to write my stories half the day when I'm not playing solitaire and, well working. I love being outside by a lake or in the woods, I'm lifting weights now, getting toned up, I watch very little TV but love Pushing Daisies, Heroes, Terminator: The Sara Connor Chronicles and The Office, the old Spaced and Kath and Kim (the Australian version). I enjoy independent and foreign movies, love, love, love action movies, have seen a slew of them this summer (2008). The best of the lot was actually Wanted though Batman The Dark Knight was surprisingly excellent it just didn't hold up the second time like Wanted did. I really like Vin Diesel though he looks like he's getting old and his choices in movies sometimes make me wonder - please don't let that fine hunk of a man be gay. Besides him I adore Takeshi Kaneshiro, Sam Elliott, Adam Beach, can look at Tyson and Lloyd all day long, they make me almost wish I were younger, oh and if Legolas were real he would be mine! I'd fight any woman to the death for him - seriously.
I love to read, love Alexandre Dumas, Pearl S. Buck, Octavia Butler, Louisa Alcott, the whole Left Behind series and Maud Hart Lovelace's Betsy's stories while Toni Morrison fascinates me and I don't know how I left out Langston Hughes Simple stories. I used to love comics especially the X-Men but now only buy - gasp - something from DC. I seldom ever bought more than Teen Titans from them but now I love Fables. I'm thinking about getting Astonishing X-Men though since Storm's in it and I heard it was good. I love writing, wish I were a lot better, hope writing fan fiction helps me with my original stuff. I absolutely love Storm and Wolverine together and am planning on seeing Chris Claremont at the Columbus, OH comic con this October. Btw, October's the best month ever, autumn, beautiful weather, my birthday, and my twin's birthday - she always gets upset if I just say it's mine when we share it though if she said it was her's and left me out it wouldn't bother me so I'm not quite sure where she's coming from. I am the good twin you can see. Just kidding. Final facts, born in California, Air Force brat, lived in England and Italy and in quite a few states in America because I was also in the Navy for nearly ten years. That's about it.
