And welcome to my corner of hell! Hi, I'm KairiMcEwin and I'm an aspiring writer. I love critique, I hate people begging for new chapters. My real name is Anna, something I usually don't put online. If you've seen my one OC story, you'll know that I love my eyes for some reason. My eyes are just really pretty, to me. I like all the colours in them. I'm a fan of Kingdom Hearts, Silent Hill, Code Lyoko, Harry Potter(EEEEEE), Ib, Hetalia and all kinds of things. My taste in music is like, all over the place. I love Rock, Country, some metal and dubstep, very little rap(I can't stand 95% of rap), Alternative, Big Band(Oh my god EEE), oldies, and a lot of J-Pop and K-pop. SeeU is amazing So is Paramore, Poets of the Fall, and Johnny Cash. I love Pop Culture movies. I have ADHD and Asperger's Disorder, and you'll see that in my fanfictions. I'm bi-sexual and happily in love(Love you, Scar-bear!). I have a fascination with the Black Plague and I absolutely LOVE Ireland, Celtic music is amazing, too. I play the piano, and a bit of violin(I played it all through Elementary School). I'm a huge yaoi fan, but I do write straight fics from time to time(IbxGarry is completely D'aww). One of my favourite pairings has to be AkuRoku, as it introduced me to the most beautiful woman in the world. I am extremely picky on grammar. I do not have a beta, because I know I can do it on my own. I hate finding mistakes AFTER I post the chappy. I write in the English way, spelling differently. Uh, I suppose that's it.
I am completely non-consistent in posting or updating. I haven't touched Nine Lives in a year, but I may bounce back. Things get crazy with me. School is something I have to focus on, as Junior Year in High School is fucking insane. I'm really trying, though. Please try to stick with me.
I'm SKINNY, so I MUST be anorexic.
Life is too short to stick to labels. Everyone deserves to be treated humanely without judgement.

“Not one day in anyone’s life is an uneventful day, no day without profound meaning, no matter how dull and boring it might seem, no matter whether you are a seamstress or a queen, a shoeshine boy, or a movie star, a renowned philosopher or a Down’s-syndrome child. Because in every day of your life, there are opportunities to perform little kindnesses for others, both by conscious acts of will and unconscious example. Each smallest act of kindness—even just words of hope when they are needed, the remembrance of a birthday, a compliment that engenders a smile—reverberates across great distances and spans of time, affecting lives unknown to the one whose generous spirit was the source of this good echo, because kindness is passed on and grows each time it’s passed, until a simple courtesy becomes an act of selfless courage years later and far away. Likewise, each small meanness, each thoughtless expression of hatred, each envious and bitter act, regardless of how petty, can inspire others, and is therefore the seed that ultimately produces evil fruit, poisoning people whom you have never met and never will. All human lives are so profoundly and intricately entwined—those dead, those living, those generations yet to come—that the fate of all is the fate of each, and the hope of humanity rests in every heart and in every pair of hands. Therefore, after every failure, we are obliged to strive again for success, and when faced with the end of one thing, we must build something new and better in the ashes, just as from pain and grief, we must weave hope, for each of us is a thread critical to the strength—to the very survival of the human tapestry. Every hour in every life contains such often-unrecognized potential to affect the world that the great days and thrilling possibilities are combined always in this momentous day.” -Dean Koontz
“Please, don't torture me with cliches. If you're going to try to intimidate me, have the courtesy to go away for a while, acquire a better education, improve your vocabulary, and come back with some fresh metaphors.” -Dean Koontz
“Where there is cake, there is hope. And there is always cake.” -Dean Koontz
“She was fascinated with words. To her, words were things of beauty, each like a magical powder or potion that could be combined with other words to create powerful spells.” -Dean Koontz
“There are no explanations for human evil. Only excuses.” -Dean Koontz
“It will all be better in the end, and if it is not better, then it must not be the end yet.” -Dean Koontz
“Books were this wonderful escape for me because I could open a book and disappear into it, and that was the only way out of that house when I was a kid. ” - Dean Koontz
“Her beauty is not just—or even primarily—physical. In her face, I see her wisdom, her compassion, her courage, her eternal glory. This other beauty, this spiritual beauty—which is the deepest truth of her—sustains me in times of fear and despair, as other truths might sustain a priest enduring martyrdom at the hands of a tyrant. I see nothing blasphemous in equating her grace with the mercy of God, for the one is a reflection of the other. The selfless love that we give to others to the point of being willing to sacrifice our lives for them, is all the proof I need that human beings are not mere animals of self-interest; we carry within us a divine spark, and if we chose to recognize it, our lives have dignity, meaning, hope. In her it is spark is bright, a light that heals rather than wounds me.” -Dean Koontz
“Even as a child, she had preferred night to day, had enjoyed sitting out in the yard after sunset, under the star-speckled sky listening to frogs and crickets. Darkness soothed. It softened the sharp edges of the world, toned down the too-harsh colors. With the coming of twilight, the sky seemed to recede; the universe expanded. The night was bigger than the day, and in its realm, life seemed to have more possibilities.” -Dean Koontz
“I am no theologian. I would not be surprised, however, if Heaven proved to be a cozy kitchen, where delicious treats appeared in the oven and in the refrigerator whenever you wanted them, and where the cupboards were full of good books.” -Dean Koontz
“I am sustained by the certainty that life has meaning...as does death.” -Dean Koontz
“She lived for others, her heart tuned to their anguish and their needs.” -Dean Koontz
“Truth is always stranger than fiction. We craft fiction to match our sense of how things ought to be, but truth cannot be crafted. Truth is, and truth has a way of astonishing us to our knees. Reminding us, that the universe does not exist to fulfill our expectations. Because we are imperfect beings who are self-blinded to the truth of the world’s stunning complexity, we shave reality to paper thin theories and ideologies that we can easily grasp – and we call them truths. But the truth of a sea in all it’s immensity cannot be embodied in one tidewashed pebble.” -Dean Koontz
“...at it's best fiction is medicine.” -Dean Koontz
